Had high hopes, was disappointed, had a drink at the bar, drink was not very good, come to find out it was the bartenders first day, he was very green. Service was very slow to great us and take our orders, had to ask. Had a few apps salad and pasta then steaks. The shrimp app was good but the other not so good, salad was unimpressive and cavatelli with some sort of dry chicken. Had the filets and they were not seasoned no flavor even with the sauce and foi. Had a few desserts as well, I not 1 out of our 8 things we ordered we were happy with. Nice ambiance and great looking menu, they looked overwhelmed with the business level that night.

The food was very disappointing considering their family of restaurants + the hype. We had an incredible bartender, but our waiter forgot our entire secondi course. He did comp desserts in exchange. My steak was overcooked and the salt crusts on both were overpowering. Overall, the experience left us wanting more and regretting our dinner choice after a long work day.

Maurice is AMAZING! The entire experience...perfect! The entire wait staff works as a well oiled machine. Food and presentation beyond expectations. Menu a little tricky to navigate and a little noisy but still cannot wait to go back!

Fantastic experience start to finish! If you can get in Easton’s section for service make sure that you do. The menu is well designed to be shared and they are totally flexible with what you want to share and when it comes out. Great classic cocktails and wine selection as well. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Best restaurant in Cleveland. Hands down. Every dish was perfection - in presentation and most importantly in taste. Decor and ambiance are outstanding. Service was great, Waitress knowledgeable friendly and attentive cannot wait to return.

I really wanted to love Oliva so much, but it is very clear they are still working out some of the kinks as a new restaurant. The space itself is absolutely beautiful. The service was not good (not the server's fault - she was lovely). Our server just had way too many tables so there was no time for chit chat or to even tell us about the menu or the restaurant. When you pay over $200 per couple you expect top notch service. One should not have to clear his/her own plate to make room for new plates of food or ask for new utensils. When the food finally arrived most of it was cold. No one came to check on us so we didn't bother sending anything back. It was very clear that there was no manager or owner to be found in the restaurant (never a good sign). When we finally went to pay their system crashed so that took another 20 minutes. I finally got up and asked the server to just send us our bill via email, which they obliged. Several tables around us were very restless as well waiting on their checks. Again, I truly hope this is just a new restaurant trying to get its legs under it, but hopefully they do it fast otherwise they won't survive. I'll definitely head back for another try after some time passes as I love her other restaurant on the via duct!

From the time we walked in until the check was paid. Everything was outstanding food service ambience highly recommend the Branzino was superb.
