Owner Holly and husband/chef & staff always friendly. Exceptional value as all meals were %50 off normal price. Our number one restaurant to go to.

Small potions, higher prices, limited menu. Cons: Crispy squid wasn't crispy. Chicken was not very tender. Custard was tepid, and after asking for it to be hot came back warm. Asked for a quiet cosy table away from thoroughfare, yet were sat in the main thoroughfare, it was noisy and draughty. Pros: Service was good. Staff were pleasant. Overall would not return.

A further return visit for lunch after a walk. As previously, there were no complaints from our party - very good lunch and excellent value. Pleasant and attentive service.

A third visit with friends for lunch - very quiet on this occasion. Menu choice very good, service could not be faulted and value excellent. We will be returning!!
