Old Street is a modern neighbourhood restaurant situated in the heart of historic Malahide, County Dublin. Local couple Mark and Adriana Fitzpatrick have lovingly restored two of the oldest buildings in the village to offer a comfortable and casual dining experience, along with a contemporary cocktail bar and award-winning wine list. Old Street's Head Chef, Mario Simic, creates dishes of contemporary Irish food that combine robust flavours, modern techniques, and the warmth and generosity of traditional comfort food. The menus are designed to showcase the best of the season from Irish farmers, fishermen, and producers. Old Street is dedicated to providing guests of all ages with a memorable dining experience, featuring house-made charcuterie and Higgins Master Butchers' beef.

Service was excellent. We asked for alternative seating and they were very accommodating. The restaurant is lovely. Vegetarian options were disappointing. Only one option on the main for vegetarian.

I cannot recommend Old Street highly enough. Right from the time of booking and throughout the meal, the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We had two elderly people in our booking with hearing difficulties and the noise level was good making it easy for them to hear and talk. we also had younger children who loved the children's menu in terms of choice and quality. we had the early bird menu. the quality of the food was superb. much better than we have had elsewhere this summer. This restaurant deserves to do very well. we will definitely be back. thank you for a very special and memorable meal - for all generations.

Another superb experience. Varied choice and great value on the Early Bird menu. Food tasted delicious and the presentation was excellent. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. We would highly recommend a visit.
