Compliments to the chef. Some of the best food we’ve eaten anywhere. The halibut is delicious. The soup is delicious. Steaks are perfect. Thanksgiving Buffet was so good. The gravy and stuffing were the best I’ve ever had. Very nice staff. Beautiful and historic.

We had a very good Thanksgiving meal. There was 8 of us and we all felt the food was delicious , fresh and hot. An overall great experience.

Highly recommend this restaurant. The chef does an excellent job with presentation. Staff is very personable, friendly and accommodating . The restaurant has a lot of ambiance, and a beautiful setting for dinner as you watch Rock Creek flow by. It is a very quaint little hide away restaurant which we have gone to for over 40 years.

Had a wonderful meal in a beautiful rustic setting. Had never seen partridge on a menu and it was delicious, as were each of our party’s choices. Lovely evening overall.

Beautiful spot by Rock Creek and great food with an interesting menu. The crab and artichoke soup is a must.

We had an amazing dinner! We had the bison pastie appetizer which was delicious , the tenderloin was excellent and the walleye was superb. The huckleberry crème brûlée for dessert and it was all perfect. It was my husband‘s birthday and they made a special dessert. We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more with the beautiful view of rock creek -it was truly an incredible evening. Make sure you order a lemon drop too!
