We had a wonderful time. It was too chilly outside for us to participate in the outside roast but we hope to visit for another one! The food and sunset dinner was pure perfection and we highly recommend ya check this place out!

Wonderful customer service from the hostess to our wait staff. Loved the seafood and want to attend their next oyster roast that was in full force outside as we dined inside. The view is breathtaking. Loved it!

If you sit over vent ask for vent cover so you don't feel draft up your legs. Food was great, service also

We always enjoy our yearly visits to the Old Oyster Factory! The food, wine, waitresses, waiters, hostesses, runners, bussers, & bar staff are all excellent & professional in executing their jobs!! Keep up the good work, We also like seeing that management has a nice staff recognition program in that we, too, can help to participate in that by dining at your other establishments.....bravo!!

Great food. We had a window table with a gorgeous view of great sunset. Waiter very personable and efficient.

We were at the restaurant during restaurant week in Hilton Head. We had the gumbo and mahimahi, both were excellent. The entre included green beans and rice. I thought the green beans could have cooked a little longer. We had chocolate mousse and key lime pie for dessert. Both were excellent.

The restaurant was extremely busy. "It's restaurant week"... We had reservations and were seated immediately when we arrived. We were given a window seat so the water view was great. Our food and service was high quality which we expect at Old Oyster Factory.

Great location and nice sunset views. Happy hour oysters are a good buy, but today they were not chilled, almost room temp. Dinner was the restaurant week special, but overall was not too good. Our second visit in a couple weeks, same experiences. Much better food all over the island, will not be back too soon.
