The Old Fountain is a family run business passed down through 3 generations, boasting a large selection of craft beer and real ales. With regular local beers and 15 changing taps, there is something for everyone.

To accompany the vast beer selection, our chef has developed the perfect menu. Full of moreish, homemade burgers, fully loaded chips and an ever changing small plate selection made for snacking. On Sunday's the pub turns gastro as we serve our very well known roast dinners from succulent beef and pork to a vegan friendly leek & onion wellington. Hospitable staff operating in a relaxed and cosy environment are on hand to provide great insight in to the beers and give attentive service.

A really lovely Sunday dinner . The taste on the lamb was amazing though could’ve done with a slightly bigger meat portion

Booked a table for Sunday roast at noon, and was lucky enough to be seated on the terrace! Food was delicious, and the portion was huge. I ordered the beef roast, which came with cauliflower cheese, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, and yorkshire pudding. I asked for a lemonade, but was served a sprite which I realize might just be a cultural thing! Enjoyed my meal nonetheless.

Came for Sunday roast. Unprepossessing exterior but pleasantly surprised inside ! Good range of wines and beers. Service swift and polite. Sadly dinner not as good as previous reviews - decent portion size but overall a bit average - not helped I think by serving it tepid- mine was actually a bit on the cold side .
