From the every moment of being taken to our table, to the food and waiters was all excellent. Absolute credit to the whole team 😃

Deeply disappointed with our experience. Booked for my girlfriend for her birthday because of a free birthday Prosecco offer. When we went to book it linked to multiple restaurants under the Brasserie banner. However, when we arrived at the venue we were told we couldn't have the offer because it was only for the venue that emailed us. I don't understand why in the same email with the offer you would encourage customers to book at other venues under the same banner and then not allow the offer. We felt very deceived and disappointed. We decided to get the £15 deal for a lunch meal and a drink, the drinks were incredibly limited in choice and of a small size. We again felt deceived as this was oversold on the menu. Furthermore, our first server was disinterested if not rude and couldn't help answer our questions. However, our 2nd server was very friendly and helpful for which we were grateful and the food was very good. We would have enjoyed the venue and food if not for the fact the deal that brought us in felt like a bit of a trick.

From the host to the server to the salad - absolutely an amazing place!! A little too loud for me on a Wednesday, but if you like the typical London busy atmosphere, this is the place to be!!

Great atmospheric place for pre theatre meal, duck starter was delicious and plentiful, highlight for us was Louisa, our server, was star of the show. Friendly, efficient and completely aware of all her customers ……one of the best servers we’ve had at a restaurant!

Awful service. They brought the wrong food. Failed to bring all the mains at the same time. Had to ask for drinks multiple times. Drinks order was wrong

It's busy and noisy and great for central soho. The food is nice and the menu is varied. The strange thing is one of our party had gluten and nut allergies. It's central Soho so I didn't even check if they would be able to cope. The waiter just had no idea what anything contained and in the end gave her the full allergen booklet to read through herself. I think not having gluten free toast at a brunch place seems mad, and with nuts everyone on the staff should be trained to know what is in the food or to ask someone who does know. The waiter was so embarrassed he just avoided the table rather than come and try and be helpful. In the end she found something to eat and it was nice - but it was an odd and uncomfortable experience while she tried to find food she could eat from such a big menu!
