Enjoy nightly entertainment most nights at our Crow"s Nest Lounge adjacent to the Captiva House. Entertainment consists of the world famous hilarious NASCRAB Crab Racing interactive comedy show and crab race event that must be seen to believe. Two shows (children's 6:00 PM and adult 9:00 PM) most Monday and Thursday evenings throughout the year. Enjoy music stylings of a live and lively band every Friday and Saturday nights starting at 8:30 PM

Hannah our server was great! Food was excellent. We had crab/lobster cake and corn/lobster soup to start, both very good! My husband had the grouper and I had the short ribs, again very good!! Love the rolls and olive oil. Great drinks and wine list! Will be back

We stay at the marina at ‘Tween Waters where OCH is located. It’s a wonderful meal every time. We look forward to going to dinner sometimes 3-4 nights in a row. Their new sectionals out on the terrace with firebowl tables is perfect to lounge around.

Third time here and another wonderful family dinner! They are always consistent and we will be back again. Declious food and great service!

Amazing food! Because it was New Years Eve they were really busy, but the staff was wonderful! Super friendly, timely and we had a very nice waiter! Definitely will be back!

Horrible experience. Waited over 30 minutes after being seated to never being waited on. We flagged multiple people down and multiple staff members were aware of the situation. It was NYE, so it was expected to be slower since it was busy, but to not even be acknowledged or waited on in this amount of time was absurd. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else despite having made this reservation a few weeks in advance.

Tough service night … drink orders not taken for 30+ minutes and food orders 90+. We noted it was our anniversary but it went un-noted by the team. First-world grievances but we just thought a $500 meal would bring a little more remarkable experience. Note: The Supervisor was kind and trying hard but our server was inattentive and missing in action.

We love Old Captiva House and have dined at their Thanksgiving and Christmas buffets several times. This year’s Christmas buffet was very poor. The raw bar was greatly reduced in size and selection. The carving and salad stations were average at best. The hot selections were mostly dry and uninteresting, and the service clearing dishes was poor. Very disappointed as this had been our go to place for many years. This is not acceptable at this price point.

Christmas Day and the buffet was good and varied. It was also being very well managed by the staff. Our server was very professional and helpful.

V Disappointing experience. Great host and hostess, beautiful space. But ALL of the food that s/have been hot was instead stone COLD! The mashed potatoes, carved roasts, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts- literally everything. Mgt s/ either not have the buffet outside - esp on such a cold damp cloudy Dec day- or s/ have better way of ensuring hot food stays hot. This was DEF not worth $85 - and on top of it to have addl 20% tip added on when waiter didn’t even come back to take drink order was really disgusting. Have been to OCH many x over the yrs but this unfort was worst time.
