I love the food. It was amazing.. especially the Hamachi, love it. The bartender Da’Shontae.. I’m not sure if that’s his correct name.. he was very outstanding and he makes delicious drinks. Overall, the experience was great and I would love to come back and dine again. Big ups to the chefs as well.

The food was superb, so many options, all delicious. We loved the black cod with well-seasoned vegetables, also the sashimi, and raw salmon with cilantro sauce. The drinks were also great, the bartender created so many cocktails quickly and expertly, amazing to watch him. We loved ours, can't remember the name. We are going back tomorrow night, it was so good.

When booking on open table it allows you to book 15 minutes before the kitchen closes and even after closing. I was called 5 minutes before my Reversation that was book for a week to be told that the restaurant will be closing 15 minutes after my reservation. the service was horrible from the hostess very unprofessional and poor customer service. our waiter was pleasant. The food was okay but nothing that would make me overlook the horrible customer service.

Overall it was a great experience the food was flavorful and quite delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was exceptional. It was a good time had at Oku

This was our first experience at the restaurant. We called to find out where to park as the location is on the main street but the hostess was helpful. It would benefit if that information was on the site that the gated garage is behind the building and once you call you can park. After sorting that out we got inside and were quickly seated. Once we got inside there were two tables in the main area of average size and one table halfway through on the side we chose which was smaller and intimate. After sitting for more than 10mins we asked a server (light skinned guy) if he was in the section and he said no but he would get the guy (I think his name was James a dark skinned guy) after another 5 mins James appeared and walks past our table while making eye contact goes to table behind us makes eye contact again then comes to our table. With minimal greeting, he asked if we knew what we wanted. If I stressed how lacking his customer service was that would be an understatement. I let him know we would be interested in any recommendations being our first visit and he just stared. At this point I am being overly nice as I an unsure what proceeded and maybe we could restart the interaction. Despite that he still made no attitude changes. After we got our drinks he again went missing. So much so that t he table behind us had to get up and go to the Hostess to request their check as they appeared to be a lunch break. We also proceeded to becan the other server who was always willing to help it not being his section as we wanted to check on our order status but also adjust our order. They proceeded to locate James for about 10mins even going outside and in the back on kitchen but no one could find him. After another few minutes he reappears and try to go to the other waiting table but with their check and never comes to us and goes missing again. Our food eventually comes . There is more but I am out of words, service will make or break a new restaurant. I would try again

Loved the food- fresh and delicious but different sushi rolls. Great fried rice and Udon! Recommendations stopping for sure
