Here’s a review for Oishii: We’re thrilled to have Oishii open a new location right in our neighborhood! The quality of the sushi and Japanese cuisine is outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and artfully prepared. From traditional favorites to creative rolls, every dish has exceeded our expectations. The ambiance at this new location is perfect, offering a warm and modern space that makes every visit feel special. The staff is welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail is just right. Having such incredible sushi close to home is a dream come true! Highly recommend Oishii to anyone who loves authentic Japanese flavors and top-notch service.

Usually outstanding food. Kung pao shrimp was flavorless. Pad Thai was great as was Royce Roll and crab.

Not at all like the other locations. Food severely lacking. Manager and staff nice and friendly but food needs improvement. I only leave this feedback in hopes they fix what they need to. Other locations are great!

Great service,great variety and excellent food!This was our second visit since they opened. Patricia stopped by our table too and was very welcoming. We regularly frequent the SMU location and although this location is much tighter than SMU or Wycliffe, it’s closer to home, service was great so will definitely be back to this location.

Great food, shared different choices with friends. We all enjoyed the freshness of the fish and variety of selections. The only hitch was in the delivery of the food-entrees came before the appetizers, etc. Hoping they will work out the flow better next time.

We are long time fans of Oishii. We have never had an experience like this at any other location. The service was dreadful. We had a group of 7. They completely forgot my meal. The waiter never came back to check on how our food was, so he didn’t notice that I had none. When we finally got his attention, it was obvious that he never ordered it. We had to ask multiple times for drinks. When it came time for the bill, he didn’t listen to how we wanted to split the bill. Overall, I am very disappointed.

REALLY loud! Nice to have Oishi up here in the neighborhood - food was good. I thought it was not quite the same as Wycliffe but daughter thought it was the same. Service was good - packed on a Monday night and it was so very loud it was hard to hear each other.

Tried the brand new Oishi for the first time tonight. Service with Billy was impeccable and as always, the sushi was first class. Thrilled to have this location, which is much more convenient for us. I would highly recommend to all.
