The food and drinks are normally so good but the last 2 times the Lychee martini was just ok. The sushi wasn’t as flavorful either and dishes that didn’t say they had truffle oil tasted like they did which probably means the work station isnt cleaning up enough.

I made the reservation in the morning for 8:15 p.m. Saturday night. We arrived at 8:15. There was a lot of talk among the two hostesses, then they went to the manager, the manager then asked two people who sat people at a table he was pointing to. It seemed they gave our table away. We had to wait for the next open table, the manager said that they were waiting on two table that just received their check. Instead of making it right by offering a beverage on him we waited for 20 minutes even though we had a reservation. Then we got sat, walking to the table but had to turn back because it wasnt cleared off. Then we resat. We then waited 10 minutes and no server came to the table, my husband had to go back up to the manager and tell him we have now waited for a table and server over 30 minutes with a reservation. He said he'd get someone there promptly. We then had a server and gave our whole order . I ordered my sushi rolls and my husband ordered his. For some reason I was served my roll first, 10 minutes later my husband received his. Then our next two arrived. During the meal I asked for a refill of my ice tea, the server said sure he'd be right back. He did not come back to refill. He was so taken with the table next to us and taking their picture that he completely forgot about his service to our table. When I was finished with my meal he then refilled my ice tea. The rolls were sub par, not worth the expensive ticket. The restaurant is extremely loud you feel like you are screaming to talk with your date. They should invest in acoustic ceiling or wall panels. The manager never came to our table, did not apologize for the mix up or lack of service. I would only go for lunch if desired; but there are other sushi restaurants just as good with better service. This is the second time service has been terrible out of the 4 times I have been. I will not be back; too many restaurants to choose from in the same price point for meals.
