We have been going to this restaurant for a while. The quality of food has gone down. We ordered some sashimi, sushi, shrimp fried rice and a couple of drinks. Sushi was not tasting fresh at all. The fried rice felt like they had cooked frozen rice, veggies and shrimp together which is why the shrimp was overcooked and rice was undercooked. The drinks were a disaster. There were too many mosquitoes and one of the customer was complaining to the manager as they had lost her credit card!!! Lastly we had reserved a table for 8 pm but we got seated only around 8:25 pm. Not going back again.

We love Oishii and eat there several times a month. We chose a little later time to accommodate family, so our reservation was for 6:30pm on a Thursday. The restaurant was packed and noisy. We requested a certain area to sit in and they happily obliged. It was hard for the waiter to even hear us, so a few menu items were not made as requested. But the food was delicious as always. It was really hard to have a conversation, which was annoying because this was my birthday dinner and the first time bringing my mother-in-law. We will keep our regular visits to Oishii, but will probably more strategic about what time we go.

First visit to OIshii. We had reservations and were promptly seated. We ordered the fried oysters and DOA roll, both were very good. We shared a beef pepper steak meal which was also good . Overall great experience.

We’re so happy that Oishii is up in our area. We were there last night and Christian waited on us. He was kind and attentive. We’ll definitely be back soon. The only thing that should be noted is that this place is really loud.

We usually don't write reviews, but we care about this restaurant, so we feel compelled to share our recent experiences. We've loved this place for a long time and we used to go to the Dallas location, especially the food, which has always been exceptional. Although I made this reservation, it's usually my husband who handles our bookings, and we've been to your location many times since June 22. However, our last two visits have been disappointing due to the service. The first time, our waiter was also handling bartending duties, which led to slow and inattentive service. On our second visit, our server was managing both indoor and outdoor tables, resulting in another frustrating experience. On top of the poor service, we were automatically gratuity 20%, which feels unjustified, especially since we were only a party of six and that the service was so poor. It felt almost as if the server knew the service was bad and risk getting a lower tip. It's really sad because we genuinely love this restaurant, but the service issues are affecting our enjoyment. We hope these problems can be addressed so we can continue to enjoy dining.
