We at Off The Rails pride ourselves on being one of the most unique places to eat and drink on the Isle of Wight; set along the old railway line (“Causeway") in Yarmouth’s former train station, the restaurant overlooks the outstanding natural beauty of the Yarmouth Marshes and Mill Copse. There is no other view like ours in Yarmouth. Being located along the Causeway makes it the perfect pitstop for walkers, cyclists, and those visiting the Isle of Wight as the restaurant is just a 5-minute stroll from the Yarmouth Wightlink Ferry terminal.

We openly welcome dogs in our restaurant and offer an extensive dog menu, which includes a range of dry meals, treats, and even dog-friendly ice cream to keep them cool during the summer months.

Fantastic Saturday evening. An amazing unique food experience and very good value. Excellent friendly attentive service. All round a really great dining experience. Very highly recommended 5 stars!

Excellent food and service as always, first time for lunch, having previously visited for breakfast. Varied menu, would suggest something for all tastes. Would highly recommend.

Off the Rails Yarmouth provided an excellent meal. The menu is varied and very good value. The location is fantastic. We were a group of four, and all enjoyed the meal very much. It is ideal for families, friends, and special occasions. The restaurant is located on an old Railway line and is a great stop-off for walkers and cyclists. The restaurant is dog-friendly.

What a awesome location with an equally awesome menu. Menu came in tabloid form and was easy to read. Food was amazing but so often the service can take the edge off........ NOT HERE the staff greeted us with a smile and a bounce and continued great service throughout our stay only attending us when needed. So many good eateries on the island and this is in my top 3.

Limited menu but then you know it’s fresh. Quirky serving burgers in what looks like a suitcase but I prefer a plate but hey that’s just my preference. Quaint decor, booths are a bit tight if you’re above average height but you can ask for a table & chairs as I did when I booked and they were very accommodating. Nice friendly staff.
