Oenotri has an entirely open kitchen that enables our patrons to see all the functions of a restaurant kitchen, including our wood-burning pizza oven where we make our authentic Pizza Napoletana.

They were busy. Slammed, so we had to wait 15-20 minutes longer than our reserved time. Hostess was busy trying to make things happen to seat the parties waiting ahead of us, Manager came up to us apologized and comped us wine, Bartender was incredibly nice despite the fact she was buried in tickets and when we finally sat down it took a little for our Server to get to us but no biggie. She didn’t let the stress of the shift affect her service or our experience. Ordered two apps, two pizzas and a pasta dish and everything was super delicious and cooked on point! It was our friend’s birthday so dessert came out with candles for her and by this time we were the last table in the restaurant. They never once rushed us to leave (we didn’t linger though), never felt overlooked despite the rush and we had a wonderful night. Everyone there provided exceptional service. Looking forward to dining at Oenotri again. Worth the wait and worth the price and then some.

Oenotri generally has the best pizza dough in town and maybe the US. Last night, it was tough and not different from other restaurants. The restaurant was crowded, so maybe the staff should be given a break. We waited 20 minutes before someone checked on whether we wanted to order anything, including wine. We waited 10 minutes for our wine. We waited another 20 minutes between finishing the salad and getting the pizza. We asked the wait staff to check in our pizza. It arrived soon after that. We suspect the pizza had been waiting for us a while as it was warm, not hot. We are regulars. This was one of our least pleasant experiences.

Very good food as always but it was surprisingly slow and dishes arrived at big intervals. It was late and there were very few people there so disappointing

We have not been to Oenotri in months. I forgot how good their pizza is… best in downtown Napa! Super crisp crust, flavorful sauces. The service was impeccable, both our waiter and the busser - they were on top of it!! Only issue is the noise level. Man still very hard to hear, esp if you’re sitting in the center. Next time we may try the bar. Great job guys!!

We have been to this restaurant about 3 X and the service has always been absolutely terrible. We keep thinking that maybe we have been there on a bad day but it clearly not the case. They are very inattentive, we saw a couple complaining so they do have an issue there. Our granddaughter fell sleep waiting for our food. Will be going back.

We have been to Oenotri a number of times since they opened. Historically the food and service have been excellent. We haven’t been there in the last few years as we moved away from the area. However, we were visiting the area with our daughter and decided to celebrate her 26th birthday there since it was a favorite of hers. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in both the food and service and entire experience. I asked for a birthday candle with her dessert but they slow rolled the food and never even offered us dessert. The food was good but not excellent and definitely not a good value, and the experience overall left much to be desired.

Extremely overpriced for the portion size - a small personal pizza is $30. Food was good

Unfortunately the quality of the food greatly exceeds the overall restaurant experience. From the beginningn of the meal when our white wine was not available cooled to the fact that the space was not air conditioned on a 90 degree day. No decaf available to end our meal! Noisy beyong comfort and finally service that was disjointed. Sad that a once wonderful establishment has declined so much. Seemingly another victim of catering to a noisy crowd, especially noisy since you can't hear anyone at youur table without speaking loudly. A pass for our next restaurant reservation.

It’s unfortunate the place is just not the same at all anymore. Food taste different and pizza definitely not up to par. There also now have raised there prices significantly and charging a Kitchen Appreciation Fee of 3% on top of tax and tip. Very sad they should pay there kitchen help correctly so the customers don’t end up paying it. Really unfortunate

Amazing experience. Highly recommend the pizza. Device was phenomenal. They sat us earlier than our reservation and were extremely professional and kind. Thank you Oenotri!
