Le restaurant Odyssey est une représentation de la vallée de San Fernando, avec sa cuisine raffinée et une vue à couper le souffle depuis les 4 coins de sa salle à manger. Depuis le lambris de chêne et les luminaires en laiton jusqu'aux fenêtres cristallines offrant une vue panoramique sur la vallée, tout est étincelant. Les menus de l'Odyssée sont composés de plats locaux frais et de saison, incluant une grande variété de légumes, fruits et herbes cultivés par l'équipe culinaire dans la ferme SRC sur place. Spécialisé dans les steaks de qualité et les fruits de mer frais, l'Odyssey sert une délicieuse cuisine californienne innovante. First off, you have to make sure everyone that you tell them is there otherwise you lose your spot. Secondly, I went there for my 60th birthday and when we walked in, Sebastian started to take us outside which I did not request. He says if I wanna wait an hour otherwise you have to sit out here. Moral to the story make sure you tell them when you make your reservations. You want to sit inside it was 65° but they have heaters. The most disappointing thing was I put on here about my birthday. Do you want some dessert? OK no problem. Felt kind of short change since we spent $600. Lesson learned. Even the cheesecake factory will bring you out a piece of ice cream with a candle on it.

Food was very good, and our server did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, the evening got off to a very bad start at the host desk that ruined our experience. Our party of 8 was right on time for our 6pm reservation - but did not get seated until 6:40pm. There were no reasons or updates offered during the delay - and we were treated quite rudely when inquiring on the status of our table after our first 20 minutes of waiting.

Beautiful view, friendly and hardworking staff, great food! Wait time was a bit longer than anticipated, but it was Christmas and they were very busy. So they were doing the best they could! Definitely will go back.

We went for Christmas and waited over an hour for our table. They didn’t not cap on reservations and didn’t have enough tables inside. But the food and view made up for it. Our server was also very friendly.

I eat out all the time but I cannot remember the last time I had to walk out on a restaurant. Arrived 7 min before the reservation time and lobby area looked crowded, 3 ladies at the hostess counter. Walked up when it cleared and all 3 looked completely unhappy. 1 looked up at me then looked down, like all 3 did not want to help me. OK it's busy, but a "one moment" would have been nice. Gave name, she looked up the reservation, said it would be a "few minutes". Never smiled or said hi or especially a polite warning "sorry we're slammed but we'll get you seated as soon as we can". Sat down and waited. Steady series of folks getting called but the waiting area was just so packed. After 30 min, went and inquired. Lady said could seat immediately outside "with heaters". Said OK. Went out there and we were the only ones outside. They brought a heater but only 1 because the other side of the table was not an open area. Sat down and realized it was really cold because of the wind and the lone heater (not "heaters") would be nowhere near sufficient. Waited a super long 10 min, never warmed up, waiter never came. Went inside and asked the hostess if we could be relocated to another table inside since it was really cold outside and the heater was insufficient. She said it would be "a half hour" which I now have no confidence would actually be a half hour. She was very stern talking, not nice at all, certainly not apologetic at all or anything. We left. The restaurant knows how many tables they have, wholly irresponsible to clearly overbook, and then the 3 hostesses were so unhappy, almost angry. The gentleman who seated us was friendly though. Never saw a waiter. Terrible experience. By the time we walked out it was 48 min after we arrived. 41 min after reservation time.

Made reservation and was not asked where we wanted to be seated. When we arrived they wanted to seat us outside. It was cold and we asked ti be seated inside. She stated that we would have to sit in bar area. This was not particularly as nice as main area. It took a long time to get drinks and then we stated we wanted dinner rather than brunch. Manager came over and decided we could have that???? Once we had a waited who was serving dinner he was very good. Food was good but by then we were somewhat disappointed in the evening

Food came out fast, but we had an early reservation, 5:45. By the end of dinner, the place started getting busy and it took about 20 min to get dessert. Newer waitstaff could use better training, I'll just leave it at that. Food was decent, fries were a bit under cooked, but the rest was ok. However, the food was a bit cold. The setting is amazing, one of my favorite places to go. I wish they had a dress code though, but then, its LA.... if you live here you know what I mean...

Our server was Chanel and she was excellent! She was charming and pleasant throughout our meal and gave us great suggestions. We’ll be asking for her when we return! ❤️
