Oceans, a locally and globally inspired seafood restaurant, was founded by Vancouver’s award-winning Toptable Group with the philosophy of creating a timeless and approachable dining experience. Executive Chef Andy Kitko sets the vision for the menu inspired by the Pacific, Atlantic, and Mediterranean shores that will feature the freshest catches available all accented by seasonal ingredients.

Located at the corner of Park Avenue South and 19th Street in the heart of Union Square, Oceans offers large group tables in our dining room on Sundays and Mondays that are perfect for your next gathering of friends, family, or colleagues for parties for up to 10 guests. Executive Chef Andy Kitko’s seasonally focused, seafood-forward menus feature exquisite tartares, premium chilled seafood, sushi, and signature fish entrees. It's always an amazing experience at Oceans. From the moment we walked in and throughout the entire meal, the knowledgeable staff guided us through the menu. Each course was truly memorable. It is one of our favorite places to visit.

It was lovely. Great food. Great drinks. We have been talking about it for 3 days since. Most definitely going back.

Treated like royalty. Restaurant was extremely busy, yet service was excellent. Grilled fish was very fresh, tasted as if it was caught that day. Cheesecake dessert also excellent. Beautiful room that was not overly loud. Overall, a very pleasant evening.

The best food and cocktails we have had in a long time. Will be a must visit everytime we come to New York - the food and service were so great that we want to come back to NY sooner just to come back to Oceans. Oceans rivaled the two 3 star Michelin restaurants we visited during this trip. Everything was spectacular.

We had an outstanding dinner at Oceans, atmosphere, service and food were all fantastic! We shared sushi, tuna tartar and the NY steak, which was cooked to perfection! The cocktails were great as well! Enjoyed every moment at this place, and can definitely recommend it for any special occasion! It was not cheap at all, but worth it!
