This is truly a locals’ gem! Nestled in the strip mall across from Trader Joe’s/Target in Cathedral City, the atmosphere is easygoing and quiet. You can actually have a conversation! There’s a daily specials board — an easel that is brought to your table — and the food is consistently superb. Add to all that a saltwater aquarium with stingrays and a soon-to-arrive shark, and you’ve got one of the best places in the Desert for lunch and dinner.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was truly delicious… well seasoned and not overdone. Service was great! Nice portion size. Personnel was warm and inviting. Their prices on wine is very reasonable. However I felt a $30. 00 corkage fee was a bit harsh.

We have eaten at this restaurant since they opened. The owner is so kind and accommodating. Their servers are remarkable. The menu is fantastic. It’s all fresh and we love everything on the menu. Highly recommend

Excellent meal in all aspects. Wonderful apps and the fish dishes were prepared perfectly. The blackened Sea Bass is the best. Don't leave without having some of their frozen Italian Lemoncello.

Heard about Oceans and decided to give it a try. Very surprised at how great it was. Small restaurant in a strip mall but do not let that fool you - food is excellent. wait staff is very attentive and helpful. Shrimp and scallops were both wonderful. Will certainly go back soon.
