Great service always, the quality of the dishes had improved a lot! The pianist was trying hard to be creative, but when it came to birthday song, she should stay with the original tune so the party can sing along!

Food was great!Every dish is flavorful except one that has cod in it.The fish didn’t taste fresh and I didn’t end up eating eat.But the rest are superb.The salad bar was to die for.I will definitely come back again,maybe to celebrate my 60th birthday.Thank you for the wonderful brunch!!

The live Jazz is the best thing about this buffet. I have been here before and this was our worst experience. All the wine glasses on the table were dirty and had spots, the replacement glasses were also dirty. The end result, we had to drink the wine out of dirty glasses, this essentially ruined our experience for the rest of the evening. Our waiter brought us the wrong wine even though I pointed at the wine on the menu when ordering. The manager did not come by our table to apologize for the mistake. Eventually after an exhaustive search, the waiter informed us the wine we originally selected was out of stock. The food selection was very poor, no beef, chicken or pork. A carvery station would have been ideal. There was an unattractive flat bread, mini grilled cheese sandwiches and a cheese cannoli, all were left behind as diners did not find them appealing. The pasta station was the star of the buffet, lots of protein choice and good flavour. They ran out of the mango tapioca dessert and many of the other desserts were not replenished which makes no sense because it is a buffet. I would consider coming back for the Jazz music and if the food selection and quality is improved upon.

The jazz music/singer were great on Saturday. The buffet selection wasn’t the greatest for the amount paid and the food wasn’t hot. We were very disappointed with the main entree selections and it was luke warm. The salad and dessert selections were nice. There weren’t enough servers and there was a long wait when trying to find one.

This place is excellent! It’s nice to be in a decent restaurant perfect place for family, couples or lovers. The foods are great , appetizers main course to dessert. It’s worth spending the money here .. try it and have fun eating for 2 hours with Jazz music.

Overall a very nice night out! The Jazz trio sounded fantastic and was the perfect background to enjoying my birthday dinner. The food was prepared nicely, really tasted great and was of good quality and was replenished quickly by staff. I would have preferred some more entree options...there was no chicken, only beef, veg/pasta or seafood and I do not enjoy seafood. We really enjoyed how fresh the salad selections were and we especially enjoyed the kale salad...several helpings were had of that one!

The Pan is a lovely hotel. There was a good variety of choices at the buffet, and the food was excellent. However, there were a few dishes that needed to be replenished. The service was great and the piano player in the background is a nice touch. It was a bit noisy because there were many families there. But there was still an enjoyable ambiance.

Overall, a great buffet with lots of variety and quality food. My only complaint is regarding the heavy chairs on the tiled area of the restaurant. They need to have rubber pieces on the bottom of the legs to restrict the screeching noises made every time someone slides a chair from the table to get their food. It was very painful to hear.
