We didn’t even have a server come by to ask us if we wanted a drink. So basically no service. Food was ok. Wouldn’t mind the price if the service was better.

Basically no service existed. Sat in back of restaurant so could not see or really hear musical entertainment. Choices limited on buffet compared to prior years. Ridiculous to pay 130.00 for a 8 year old who maybe ate 10.00 worth of food. People dressed in sweat pants and hoodies which I find not acceptable when supposedly “fine dining”. I’ve done this buffet and others at Pan Pacific at least ten times and will be going elsewhere unfortunately. Sad that this venue has gone so downhill.

We came here for our family Christmas buffet several times in the past, and this time the quality of food is the most delicious. Service has been excellent as always. Everyone in the family had a great time!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE From Demi helping us with our reservation to the amazing servers - Fiordaliso and Dennis especially were superb..such great servers and lovely people. We will be sure to come back again and again - one of the best Christmas experiences in Vancouver.. great ambience, Santa and food was awesome. But couldn’t speak more highly of Demi, Fiordaliso and Dennis, best in the biz

At best, the food was sub par with no standout dish to justify the experience. Service was virtually non distant, leaving us feeling overlooked. Staff clumped together gossiping, and one even shoved against my chair without offering an apology. For the price, the experience was far below expectations.

Came for Jazz festive buffet, jazz band was playing at the entrance but we were seated at the very end inside of the restaurant. Only 1 speaker was installed at the middle of that back area so the jazz experience was minimal except when we were grabbing food from the buffet area. There was a pasta bar and nice dessert area; but all the other hot food and cold appetizer options were very limited. The dishes were pretty unique compare to other buffets but there were probably only 5 hot entrees to choose from and 5-6 cold plates. Staff were attentive but the restaurant buffet itself was very poorly executed. The overall set up of the buffet was just very strange and definitely not worth the price considering the food and “music experience”.

I booked regular Sunday brunch for $65/person but I was charged $119 for x-mas edition. I was told that there is no regular Sunday brunch before Christmas.
