Our first experience at PO. The atmosphere was nice, warm, cozy. At first glance, quit impressive. A bit of a maze to locate check in, but the staff was readily at hand to assist how ever they could. Our servers were lovely, knowledgeable and professional. With all that said, the food ruined the night. Our filet steaks were overcooked and even worse, no flavor. The texture was that of a lesser cut of beef. The garlic mashed potatoes, very runny, and again, little taste, and too much salt. The truffle fries were just ok, the top sticks were crunchy, the ones underneath, a bit soggy. The lobster bisque was nice. That's the only reason I gave the food a star at all. What a disappointment. The manager did the right thing by taking the steaks off the bill, but we were looking for a nice dinner out. There are so many great restaurants in KC, to waste our time and money returning. The menu is way over priced for the quality of the food.

Matt was a fantastic server. His cocktail recommendations were amazing. Calamari was crunchy and delicious, Truffle Mac and Cheese was a hit, and we really loved the broccoli. Filet was cooked perfectly.

My friends steak came out well done and cold. It took some time for someone to come and replace the steak. The chef did come out and bring the new steak. I waited 10 minutes for a cup of coffee after my meal with my dessert My salmon was very good

10/10! Met all expectations of a fancy date night! Incredible food, awesome atmosphere & wonderful staff. Will definitely be going back for a special occasion!

Great dinner. Everything we ordered was incredible. My husband and I usually order different meals and see who ordered better, both our meals were amazing. The Crab Cake appetizer was so good, Filet was cooked exactly how we loved it to be cooked. Salmon was perfectly flakey. The Berries and Bubbles cocktail was also a 10/10.

Excellent food and our service was pretty good with the exception of one of the other servers/water refiller, kept taking our plates and food before we were done with this. Happened to 4 of us in a party of 7. Pretty disappointing it kept happening
