We look forward to welcoming you in the Ballroom at the Ocean House! Please note all special dining events require a non-refundable deposit for all members of the party at the time of booking. When making your reservation, please be sure to include all children that will need space at the table, including those who need a highchair or booster seat. All deposits paid will be applied as a credit on the day of your dining experience, including deposits paid for guests who qualify for a complimentary experience.

We are halfway to Christmas! It’s time to get excited! Have a chat with Santa about your year so far while enjoying brunch at Ocean House while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! Santa visits from 9:15 to 12:00pm. A $50 per chair deposit is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. All deposits will be applied as a credit to your brunch check. Adults $110 & Children aged 4-12 $55. Children 3 and under are $25 per child. Please indicate if you will need a highchair as well. All pricing excludes tax and 22% gratuity.

Enjoy a fun filled morning with some of your favorite Frozen characters, Anna, Elsa and Kristoff over breakfast in the Seaside Ballroom! Adults - $95++ Children 6-12 - $50++ Children 5 and under - $25++ Please include all children who need a highchair or a booster seat in your total party size when making your reservations. All deposits will be applied towards a credit on your check on the day you dine with us. All deposits are non-refundable including but not limited to a change in plans or illness. Valet parking is $5 per vehicle.

I wish the Easter Bunny would make an appearance in the dining room BEFORE the Easter Egg hunt. Smaller kids eat earlier. No Easter Bunny. Disappointing.

We went for the Character Brunch. The staff and service was good and what you expect for the Ocean House. The food was not good. The only food that was good was the made to order omelets. The other buffet food, while cute in descriptions and catered towards children was cold and didn’t taste good. The Mickey Mouse pancakes lacked the pancake flavor and Were cold. The French toast sticks, cold and hard. Tator tots old and hard. They had an assortment of desserts that looked cute, but again Were mediocre in taste. They had hot or iced coffee (Dave’s) which was good. The performance and meet and greet was fantastic. The characters Were really good at the entertainment part and interacting with the kids. I was lucky to score 2 small bags of popcorn on the way out to eat in the car because we all left hungry. I probably won’t return for the Character brunch since it was $300 and we left hungry, but have had good experiences at their Sunday jazz brunch in the past and I would try that again.

Everything was lovely, but would have enjoyed live Christmas music played on the grand piano in the area.

The ambiance was lovely hut with unfortunately we could not hear the beautiful Christmas music because children were banging in the keys of a piano that was there.

Brunch on Christmas Eve…service was outstanding. Food was…fine. Nothing stood out as especially amazing. Nothing was not good, it’s just that for the price, I expected better. Our past Christmas Eve experiences at Ocean House far surpassed this one.

I have been going for several years with my daughter, it has been our holiday tradition. We started before Covid and it was exceptional. then during Covid you needed to do what you needed to do. But now, moving downstairs, it list its ambiance. The quality of food was more like a Marriott brunch than a "5 star" hotels Bruch. No clams or oysters? Low quality shrimp that were wet from water soaking and zero taste. I write for Michelin on the side, and I would never send in a review to them of what my thoughts were. When I came home, I immediately looked into Christmas brunches in Boston. Even at the end of the day, $400 for 3 people for brunch, $80 in the bar and then I had to pay $5.00 for parking, you must be kidding?? I'd like a response back please. Just being honest, Anthony

Usually one of the best Santa brunches out there. The service is phenomenal and the food was great too but the decorations and desserts lacked this year. I will definitely be back next year but will leave them this feedback as well. The Santa there is so great!

We had attended the Santa Brunch about 5 years ago and it was so special. They have since moved it downstairs and scaled back on the entire offering. If you are looking for the live music and magical ambience of years past you will be disappointed . I feel like this was what you would get at a Marriott or something. Not worth the hour drive at alll.
