QUICK REVIEW: Nice view, Great service, Cuisine better than expected. Solid 4.8 Stars. Recommend. Yes, we will be back. LONGER REVIEW: We travel extensively, and based on reviews, decided to give Ocean Hai a try. SERVICE: Seated promptly at reservation time at a booth by request. Great view. Chris - our main server - was Awesome. He was there when you needed him, with great recommendations. Nice job! FOOD and COCKTAILS. Had a Lychee Cosmo, Japanese Old Fashioned, and Red wine by the glass (nice list). All very yummy. Calamari to table share, Grouper and Seafood Hot Pot for entrees. All perfectly cooked, and nothing left on the plate. The sauces are on the bottom, so make sure you get the good sauce. All Very tasty. OVERALL: Ocean Hai was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend. YES, we would go back.

Food excellent. I. Have been tired of area beach food so nice to have a good dinner. First good key lime pie since have been in Florida. Nice vie of beach. All finer restaurants prices are high so can’t do it often any more.

This is a sushi restaurant with one chicken, fish and one beef entry choice. It was good.

We asked our waiter which sushi on the menu most closely matched a sushi from our favorite restaurant from back home. We took a picture of the ingredients from their menu. They just made us that sushi. It was outstanding

We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach for Valentine's weekend and on our last day we enjoyed their buffet breakfast overlooking the water. There was quite a variety of offerings and everything tasted great. I especially loved their scrambled eggs and coffee. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely return.

Arrived 5 mins early and had to wait 20 mins to be seated on what seemed like a sofa with a high table. Had to sit uncomfortable on cushions for 2 hrs.. Ordered and waited 45 mins for a first course. The main course was burnt filet mignon and hard to chew. The cheque was another wait to pay and leave. Service charge was automatically included. Left no tip, terrible night.
