Ocean Grill & Bar offer a varied menu created with the fusion of Mediterranean and Latin traditions. Exclusive dishes, such as the house shrimp cocktail, my way lobster and salmon glazed with orange and rosemary, are created with a symbiosis of flavors of the sea and tropical vegetables.                       Made reservation. When we arrived they said they didn't do reservations. Extremely long wait for table and food.

                      Ocean Grill DOES NOT EXIST. We showed up and it is now a BBQ place in the same location/address. It would’ve been nice to know this was NOT the restaurant we booked. OpenTable needs to be updated apparently. Very disappointed

                      The food was authentic as can be!!! We are huge Mediterranean eaters. Everything was great. Owner came out to check on us twice. Gave us free hummus to try, which was outstanding. Don’t think it’s pricy cause the food was plentiful.

                      The ambience and customer service let the venue down. Videos of food prep being playing while eating was a bit off putting - raw meet and fish being butchered probably isn’t necessary although I understand they were showing the process.. Customer service was basic, staff didn’t smile once. Waited a good while before being offered drink service, there was only one other table in use. No recognition of my birthday, that was listed on the booking. Food was good, lamb tagine was tasty.

                      We were seated and waited 10+ mins to be given a menu (or water or anything.) Others were seated after us and taken care of. Finally we stopped a waitress and asked for a menu and water and we were told they “could go get someone.” We left. Driver to our next restaurant said the lack of service or interest in customer service is pretty common.
