Ocean 7 is nestled within the Inn of Cape May and offers an elegant and classical seaside dining experience for locals and travelers alike. The venue is styled in Victorian fashion, allowing guests to be enriched in history as they dine on seasonal comfort fare. Plan a romantic dinner with cuisine such as baked brie, margherita pizza, pan fried grouper, filet mignon, broiled salmon, pasta primavera and more.

Vegan and gluten-free guests are welcome at Ocean 7, as well. Enjoy the vegan tacos, which are equipped with seitan and pico de gallo, or the vegan burger, which is made with a black bean patty and served with french fries.

The atmosphere and service were great. The food was well prepared and attractively presented. Good wine and cocktail list. Very enjoyable.

The menu has seafood, meat and vegetarian pasta dishes. Our party of 8 had a variety, from crab cakes, to hanger steak, shrimp with linguini, and pasta with pork ragu. All were delicious. Italian lemon cake for dessert was especially good. Service was attentive and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Food was great. We arrived early for our reservation and we were greeted with a friendly smile and accommodated immediately! Very refreshing!

We had a delicious meal. Addie, our server was attentive, friendly and added to our fun evening. We were a party of 8 and the food came out timed perfectly and hot. The drinks were great. The room is all windows which was lovely. The music from the guitar player on the Porch was an added bonus! We found you looking on open table for a last minute (3 hours ahead) reservation. Great find! We will be back!

The food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection! Wait staff knowledgeable snd friendly. The drinks were the best we had in cape May! Have a drink on the porch before dinner! I would highly recommend!

OpenTable was very helpful in our reservation for Ocean 7 at our recent stay at the Inn at Cape May. We ate both breakfast and dinner at Ocean 7 and enjoyed both meals very much. Our server for dinner was exceptional. He was most attentive and never rushed us to order our food. We ordered Grilled Grouper, Grilled Ribeye and, the soup of the day, Pumpkin. Everything was delicious and we asked our server to tell the chef how much we enjoyed our meals.

Nice location and ambience, and the service was great. Can’t say the same for the food. The oysters were served warm. The sauce on the fish was strange, instead of basmati rice they served it with lima beans and the pork was overly spicy over dry pasta.

ocean 7 is a nice restaurant with excellent ood and great service. but noise level on the inside is high and makes conversations stressful
