The Ocean 48 menu is designed with fresh seafood and quality ingredients in mind. The Mastros provide ultra-grade seafood, salmon, lobster, crab, oysters and more. Much of the menu is served a la carte, letting each guest personalize their experience. They are trying, but far away….from the serving staff to the quality of the food and ingredients. I don’t think they will be able to make it unless they get the quality level that matches their pricing. I am out and sure thing not going back.

Our Wedding Anniversary at Ocean 48 was truly an amazing dining experience. Starting with the valets, welcoming staff and escorted to the perfect table…Greeted by our fantastic server Andrew and continued over the course of the delicious meal with a great atmosphere and music besides. The house made rolls were divine, salad, clam chowder and fries were terrific and Scottish salmon and Chilean sea bass were cooked perfectly. The finishing touch was yummy Butter cake for dessert We will return very soon!

not the greatest dining experience. we were put in a far back room that had no ambience. there was a tv with a women's backside as art which was odd & distracting. the music was so loud and the music choice was so upbeat that it made it challenging to converse with one another. for the price we expected a more elegant dining experience.

I was celebrating my birthday. The food was amazing and our waiter Robert was outstanding. The ambience was amazing. I was impressed by the attention we were given and someone always stopped at our table to make sure if we needed anything. Outstanding customer service and definitely will be visiting Ocean 48 again.

Everything was amazing so I don’t know where to start. We sat in the room with the pool so the ambiance was fantastic. Our server, John, was one of my top 3 servers of all time. He was fantastic and very knowledgeable of the food and story of the restaurant. He went above and beyond. I’m going to say that we didn’t have one bad food item. We started with the heirloom tomato and crab, fantastic! My wife got the Chilean sea bass that melted in your mouth. I got the petite filet mignon with the sautéed blue cheese, absolutely amazing! We got the corn crème brûlée and asparagus as sides. Both really really good. Then we topped it off with a cookies and cream ice cream as the dessert for my wife’s birthday. The size of the dessert could easily serve 4 or 6 depending upon the people eating. That was amazing as well. I am 1000% going back and already can’t wait.

Starting at the beginning: valet was timely and courteous, and a very nice man opened the door for me. Greeted with smiles by the folks at the desk, and seated promptly. It was a bit cold inside. But the music was just the right level: loud enough to enjoy, but you didn’t have to yell to be heard by your tablemate. Greeted promptly by the assistant server, Davin, and he introduced himself, told us to expect our main server, Jason, and brought water. We loved Jason! Sophisticated and urbane, with a wonderful sense of humor. He walked us thru the menu and answered our questions. He also offered some of the highlights. By way of example, they are happy to customize your order, and used a seafood tower as an example. You get what you want at Ocean 48! We ordered the hamachi appetizer and the meatball appetizer. My husband ordered a wedge salad as well. He went for the bone in filet, and I chose the petite filet. Hot bread arrived just about now. We told Jason that we had already made our reservations at this restaurant for our upcoming anniversary. He promptly took my husband out to scout the restaurant and pick the exact right table for our upcoming celebration! Meanwhile, the appetizers arrived and I got a small head start before my husband made it back to the table. My one small suggestion for improvement would be to not bring the salad at the same time as the appetizers. Nevertheless, we ate almost everything, and it was all delicious. Particularly the meatballs which were an excellent blend of beef and pork. Jason kept an eye on our consumption so he could best time when to put our steak order in. Oh and the steaks were perfect! Seasoned exactly right with little fat, as a filet should be. The plates the steaks came on was so hot they were still sizzling. Completely full, we (me) still wanted dessert. And they had an off menu special; beignets, omg. And hot towels before and after food. We will absolutely be back!

The food was delicious, fresh and very flavorful. The service was even better. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a more organized and attentive restaurant. Perfect night all around. Definitely would come back.
