    Walked in at 7:50 with no reservation. Asked if we had a reservation, we replied no, put our name down. Told it would be about 25 minutes. Walked around the mall for about 25 minutes. Decided to make a reservation for 8:15pm. Made a reservation. Came back at our reservation time. Told to wait a few more minutes. Waited for 15 more minutes. Decided to leave, while still having our name down on the list and having a reservation. Never received a call/text stating our table was ready, even after receiving a text saying we were on the wait list and the hostess saying that she would text us when ready. It’s now 11:24am the next day and still haven’t received a text. Still hungry:(

    We went for our anniversary and had the best time. Matteo and Luke were very attentive servers. The cocktails were a bit pricey but delicious. The food was amazing. Great experience and we will be back.

    Stopped in since I was on this side of town, tried the Pork Bao Bun, Original ramen with no bean sprouts and instead of garlic oil, I did chili oil and the Pineapple Sake. Really enjoyed the bao bun, pork was tender and the sauce was delicious. The ramen had great flavor, the pork shoulder was beautiful. The sake was good, a little more sweet than I was expecting, but still good. Will definitely be back when I’m on this side of town.

    I am giving this rating because the service was horrible. There was zero wait staff and they had the bartender serving us and she obviously did not know how to properly serve. Food was good, service abysmal.

    Terrific Japanese restaurant in a terrific mall, Scottsdale Quarter. I had tuna and salmon sashimi; very good. Quite fresh. Small-ish pieces, though. I was disappointed at the salmon roe sushi. The individual roe were small, the rice was wet with soy sauce. I advise against it. The tonkatsu ramen was excellent according to my husband. The calamari was quite good though I would have liked lighter, crispier batter. The Korean fried chicken sandwich was delicious according to my son, except for the spicy chili peppers in the middle of the sandwich which were too hot. Overall, quite a nice place. It wasn't cheap but not ridiculously expensive.

    Food was below average. Ambience was okay - but too crowded spaced between tables. Service was good.
