Booked a brunch experience very last minute, the views from the 32nd floor was lovely! I really enjoyed the food, ordered burrata & mushroom orzo with poached egg and truffle. However, I was disappointed with the service. I asked questions about the menu and didn’t really get an answer, had to wait a long time for food and drinks (the food arrived before our drinks and we only ordered orange juice..)

Being a regular customer I was surprised to be given the worst table in the restaurant Everything else was the usual great experience

Service was really slow. Given we were having afternoon tea and it was unlimited for 2 hours our intake was limited by it taking 40 minutes for any food to come. When it did the cakes were disappointing (strange mixtures of flavours and not one you’d want more of) and there was not enough jam or cream for the scones so we had to order more which never came. View was good.

Went for my wife's birthday. Lovely food and attentive staff. I wish I had known you needed to book through their website to be seated by the windows. But we were seated not too far from the window anyway so we still enjoyed the view.

I had asked for a nice table location for a memorable anniversary. They even called me on the morning and confirmed that there will be some happy anniversary presentation on the food. But none was done. Table was in a very bad spot, and no presentation! Quite disappointing. I even sent a email to the restaurant, but no response. Food was quite mediocre, not worth the price. Overall very poor service. The only positive were the nice ambience and the sundae dessert.
