OBC Kitchen est un restaurant local dirigé par un chef qui propose une collection de bourbons extrêmement rares, une sélection de bières artisanales éclectique et une vaste carte des vins. Vous y dégusterez de délicieux plats aux saveurs distinctes dans une ambiance aux allures de pub, entouré de profondes banquettes de cuir, ainsi que de bois de grange local vieux de plusieurs siècles. Le personnel dévoué vous assure un service chaleureux dans une ambiance évoquant le patrimoine du Kentucky. OBC Kitchen doit son nom aux comtés qui ont formé le Kentucky ; « Old County Bourbon » était apposé sur les tonneaux de bourbon qui descendaient le Mississipi à partir du Kentucky, et est devenu synonyme du meilleur bourbon aux États-Unis

Truman was a great waiter and gave fantastic suggestions! The food was amazing as usual. It was a perfect ending to my birthday celebrations!

First time dining at OBC and it did not disappoint! Drinks, appetizers and entrees were all amazing! We got right in at reservation time and they were busy but you wouldn’t know it! All our food came out timely and hot and the service was excellent! We will be back, highly recommend!

Trevor is an exceptional employee and took care of our table of four. He ensured our food was delicious and all our needs were met. All the staff at OBC is outstanding but Trevor really went above and beyond for us. As always, the food was delicious. Love the atmosphere and cozy feel of this restaurant!

Awesome food, great environment and make it right when they make mistakes. Professional server and manager went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect night. We will absolutely be back. The steak and cake is our favorite and my son who gets steak everywhere he goes says it was one of the best steaks he’s had ever. Not just in Lexington.

The craft cocktails are original and delicious. Their drink menu is on an iPad, which makes it easy to see each drink, its ingredients and a photo. I enjoy how the drinks are themed each month. We had a Dungeons and Dragons theme along with a Lord of the Rings theme. I had the Wild Shape since I am a fan of ginger beer. My husband had the Shadowfax, which was so good that he wants to replicate the drink at home. He also gets The Rock, which is a staple for him as a bourbon drinker. The food was delicious. Jacob was our server and he was very attentive. Our food was well timed with cocktails coming out first. We had the Burnt End Pork Belly as an appetizer, which was good, but I prefer the Bacon in a Glass - candied bacon with a peanut butter sauce. For our main entrees, I had the Scallop and Wild Mushroom Risotto. Very tasty. The scallops were grilled to perfection and the dish had a very creamy texture. My husband had the Steak and Cake. He got the smaller filet size and felt it was a bit too small. The crab cake was good, too. We skipped dessert because we were so full but the dessert menu was not something that knocked my socks off (not a bad thing!). We are not Lexington residents but every time we visit, this restaurant is a must since it has never disappointed.
