Oasis Mexican Cantina is a beautifully decorated coastal venue in which friends and family can come together to enjoy vibrant & fresh Mexican food and beverages made with love along with the atmosphere of our gorgeous venue - Oasis On Straddie.
We love our community and bringing people together! Wether it's for a celebration or just to catch up over a few drinks. Our vision is that Oasis will become a community hub where people gather and families will make their most loved venue on the island - we even have a cubby house for the kids to play in! Inconsistent messaging to the team to deliver to customers ! The banquet isn’t advertised and you are told all different info . Food is nice but service not the best unfortunately

We waited nearly an hour wait time after being seated. Eventually we asked someone to take our drinks order and food order. We ate the mexican burrito, which was very bland with no condiments, salsa, spices etc to jazz it up. Some salsa & sour creme would be all it needed. Love to see an improvement and will try next time we visit as the venua is great.

Food was generally pretty good, but the service was appalling! We ordered the banquet (there were 4 of us) and after 45mins, we asked what was happening with our food, to be asked whether it was 1 banquet we ordered! Suffice to say, the drinks delivery was extremely slow! Food was actually pretty good, and the venue is really nice. Just a shame the service was seriously lacking!

It is a really nice set up unfortunately they did not seem staffed to handle a full house during school holidays. They only had 2 people coming around taking orders at it was table service only. We would of ordered more drinks but never saw another staff member. We would of loved some water for the kids but their self service was empty from 1815 till near 2000 when we left. The bar had a line up close to 20 people long who were obviously annoyed waiting for table service so we're going up to order drinks. The prices were high and the portions were very small, this seems to be standard on Straddie though. I believe it was $28 for three tacos, they were very small and no sides. The kids pizzas were smaller than a Domino's personal pizza. My 6 and 7 were hungry after dinner.

Service was good but food bland and overpriced. Guacamole was worst I have ever had. All very disappointing

The MOST delicious espresso Martinez!! Divine. Truly a hidden oasis, with the most fantastic vibe. Friendly and helpful staff and service was pretty efficient. We went on a Friday night during school holidays and the place was busy.

The service was amazing, that was the stand out for us. Food great, fresh and delicious. Considering how busy it was the food was severed promptly . Will definitely be back
