Skyline Lodge features Indigo Road Hospitality Group's Oak Steakhouse, a contemporary steakhouse restaurant. Oak's menu includes steakhouse classics with a modern flair, utilizing Certified Angus Beef and local ingredients. Been several times w groups of friends. This time was just the two of us for our anniversary. Food was good service was a bit slow and inattentive. Ambiance is what kept us coming back.

Meh...my wife and I went for our anniversary and our experience was just ok. We ordered 2 apps. Goat cheese ravioli was amazing. Oysters Rockefeller were not good. Their version of the wedge salad was outstanding. Our first steak was a nice cut but was overcooked as we asked for medium rare. Our second steak was a lesser cut, but was prepared properly. It was good. Our server and the management team were excellent and quickly resolved our issue. We have had good and bad experiences at multiple oaks steakhouse locations.

We were asked to leave in front of a full bar and it was very embarrassing for everyone involved. I had no idea my date was not allowed to dine at Oak after being fired and neither did he. Regardless, he should have been pulled away discreetly and given the opportunity to not make a scene. Instead, we were told in front of the entire bar full of guests and employees that we had to leave quickly. I have never been more embarrassed and will not be returning.

Overall, the Oak dining room is always pleasant; however, at brunch on Sunday we were seated at a table by a ceiling HVAC unit dripping water from a rag stuffed into the grill onto an outside mat on the floor. Must admit the situation affected the mood at our table.
