Oak's menu includes steakhouse classics with a modern flair, utilizing Certified Angus Beef and local ingredients. The steakhouse, designed by Skyline's interior design team, Mey & Co, seats up to 80 guests in an intimate and inviting dining room lined with luxurious leather banquettes, a custom floor-to-ceiling wine display, and three original working native granite stone fireplaces. Thank you for choosing Oak Steakhouse to celebrate Thanksgiving with your loved ones. This year, like those in the past, Executive Chef Matt Weinstein will be doing a buffet style Thanksgiving celebration. The buffet will include carving stations for turkey, salmon, and beef tenderloin. We will also have many of our amazing starters, or appetizers, fresh seasonal vegetables, some Thanksgiving favorites. To finish off this amazing meal, there will also be a dessert station with many fantastic desserts created by our amazing Pastry Chef, Ashley Cannon. The cost for this event is $105 per person + tax and gratuity. Kids 12 and under will be $35++

Wonderful food. I started with the crab fritters and my husband had the oysters Rockefeller. Both were delicious and the portion was large on the fritters. Definitely could be shared My husband’s filet was well seasoned and cooked a little more than he wanted (MR) but he still said it was excellent. My Steak Frites were to die for! Better than some I have had in Paris The cocktails were tasty and the wine list is extensive Our waitress was kind and friendly Overall a great time! It is a bit pricey but this is The Highlands so…

Absolute perfection from beginning to end! Stunning views paired with amazing food and service. The staff was warm and welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. A true delight on your visit to the Highlands!

Just one of those meals that really fell short and hopes were high. The yeast rolls were the highlight…amazing. We got the iceberg wedge, and while it was tasty, but on the small side and really nothing spectacular. My husband got the ribeye, I got the filet and they simply were not great cuts of meat at all…certainly not for an acclaimed steakhouse. We’ve had better cuts in chain steak places in Atlanta where we live for a fraction of the cost. Not what we were expecting here. For sides, we got the mashed potatoes and mushrooms and while they were both good, they were nothing to write home about. And lastly, the caramel cake with ice cream was recommended yet so disappointing. Just very dry and the homemade caramel ice cream that came with it just wasn’t very good :-( our server did a good job and atmosphere was lovely but we would not return. Much better meals to be eaten in Highlands!
