Skyline Lodge features Indigo Road Hospitality Group's Oak Steakhouse, a contemporary steakhouse restaurant. Oak's menu includes steakhouse classics with a modern flair, utilizing Certified Angus Beef and local ingredients. The steakhouse, designed by Skyline's interior design team, Mey & Co, seats up to 80 guests in an intimate and inviting dining room lined with luxurious leather banquettes, a custom floor-to-ceiling wine display, and three original working native granite stone fireplaces. Oak Steakhouse Highlands is sure to become a go-to for both Skyline Lodge guests and locals.

Thank you for choosing Oak Steakhouse to celebrate Thanksgiving with your loved ones. This year, like those in the past, Executive Chef Matt Weinstein will be doing a buffet style Thanksgiving celebration. The buffet will include carving stations for turkey, salmon, and beef tenderloin. We will also have many of our amazing starters, or appetizers, fresh seasonal vegetables, some Thanksgiving favorites. To finish off this amazing meal, there will also be a dessert station with many fantastic desserts created by our amazing Pastry Chef, Ashley Cannon. The cost for this event is $105 per person + tax and gratuity. Kids 12 and under will be $35++

What a great evening out! The staff was so kind, the food was amazing, our server Jeremy had a great sense of humor and knew exactly when to swing by. My daughter and I felt very well taken care of and had a great time. Great place for any kind of gathering. Ambiance is warm and cozy. We can’t wait to return!

Always a great meal. Steaks are lean and cooked perfect. Just don’t order chocolate cake as it is dry.

Food excellent. Service excellent. 2nd visit. Out of the way place I found by Google. Haven’t tried dinner menu yet just brunch. Only complaint. Price of drinks.
