Skyline Lodge features Indigo Road Hospitality Group's Oak Steakhouse, a contemporary steakhouse restaurant. Oak's menu includes steakhouse classics with a modern flair, utilizing Certified Angus Beef and local ingredients. The steakhouse, designed by Skyline's interior design team, Mey & Co, seats up to 80 guests in an intimate and inviting dining room lined with luxurious leather banquettes, a custom floor-to-ceiling wine display, and three original working native granite stone fireplaces. Oak Steakhouse Highlands is sure to become a go-to for both Skyline Lodge guests and locals.

Thank you for choosing Oak Steakhouse to celebrate Thanksgiving with your loved ones. This year, like those in the past, Executive Chef Matt Weinstein will be doing a buffet style Thanksgiving celebration. The buffet will include carving stations for turkey, salmon, and beef tenderloin. We will also have many of our amazing starters, or appetizers, fresh seasonal vegetables, some Thanksgiving favorites. To finish off this amazing meal, there will also be a dessert station with many fantastic desserts created by our amazing Pastry Chef, Ashley Cannon. The cost for this event is $105 per person + tax and gratuity. Kids 12 and under will be $35++

The food was incredible and it’s a beautiful restaurant and bar. Sadly I could barely hear my date across the table. The acoustics in the restaurant emphasized nearby conversations to an extreme level! We realize it could have just been this one time with the groups near us and may try again. Noise sensitivity isn’t normally an issue for us, but made the dinner less enjoyable.

The vibe of restaurant and service was very good. However, the food was fair. Trout and chicken entrees were too salty and saucy. Sometimes less is more. Keep recipes simple. Appetizers and salads were wonderful.

It was very loud. The table for two was too big to be able to carry on a conversation in such a loud environment. Steak was over salted. Burger was delicious. Finding parking was tough.

Our waiter Rob, made our 37th anniversary at the Oak very special! We had heard conflicting reviews and were pleasantly pleased with every element of the evening! No rush, great presentation of the food, flavor and combinations were spot on and as mentioned our waiter was outstanding! The only opportunity for improvement and it’s minor…spend $250 on food and drink and you want to charge me for bread?
