The experience was ruined by our inattentive waiter with an attitude. We saw him twice….when we ordered and when he brought the check an hour later (after we notified the host he had disappeared). Never came back to ask how our meal was, filled empty water glasses, etc. He brought out our starter with the the main brunch course…we even asked that it arrive first…and walked away when we politely asked why. When he brought the check…he tossed it on the table and walked away. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, hates his job or what, but it was inexcusable. Our meal was good…but the experience was unfortunate.

We had the trout and venison Wellington. Both were excellent. We were a late reservation and the choice of sides was limited.

Bread service… so worth it! Pork chop and chicken florentine… absolutely delicious! Dessert… perfect. Love the vibe, and always fantastic service. Beautiful sunset on the back terrace. Top of our list for restaurants in Highlands. A must eat!

We visited Oak Steakhouse for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and they truly made us feel special on our special day. Our server, Kevin, was highly knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. Food was excellent as expected for a high end steakhouse. Surprisingly the oysters were the best I’ve ever had! Pastry chef was also exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Very nice dining experience at Oak Steakhouse. Steaks were perfectly cooked, and sides were delicious. Wonderful service from our server Kevin - very experienced, cordial and informative. Dining room service was on point all around. The only drawback was bar service. The bartender was working hard but she was simply overwhelmed by serving dinner to all those seated at the bar and providing cocktails for everyone waiting for their reservations AND the entire dining room. Definitely short-staffed in the bar.

Great restaurant including excellent meals including fillet and Venison Wellington was a unique choice and was excellent. Beautiful dining room and Rob our server was friendly and very helpful while selecting our dinner choices. Overall excellent dinner!

At the oak Steakhouse you willhave a dining experience! Our waiter, Jeremy, made our dining experience seamless. Oysters Rockefeller and Caesar salad followed by steaks were all excellent. Cocktails were also well prepared and wine recommendation. We will be back!
