This was our first experience at this restaurant although we have been to Kyle G’s many times. It was the spur of the moment to go there at 4 pm on a Friday. We were very happy with every aspect of the meal. The ambiance was modern and quiet; the food was very good; the price was great; and our server, Emily from Brazil was exceptional! We were pleasantly surprised to order half-priced apps and drinks. We ordered 4 apps which were more than enough for us as we took home leftovers. The homemade orangecello was delicious as was the old-fashioned. The shrimp app was seasoned to perfection (don’t remember the name from the menu but it was an app). Emily was so friendly and catered to our every request. (Love the salt shaker and Amazon table lamp tell her lol). Bathroom was very clean and modern. Kyle is very clear about how his staff is paid from the tips which was posted on the table. From this experience we can’t say enough about Oak and Ember off Becker Road! Ask for Emily although other wait staff are attentive I’m sure!

This location is our favorite restaurant! We have never had a subpar meal and the service is exceptional.

From the atmosphere to the ambiance to the service ...top notch!! Every time we go it gets better! The food is top quality; delicious and beyound a "chef's kiss" to taste. Even with a big party this weekend... they were on top of everything and they didn't miss a beat and a BIG SHOUT OUT to our server "Tiffany"!!! Flawless and a wining personality to match only made this dinner one of the best we had in years!!

I ordered from their 3 course menu. Everything was done precisely as I had requested and the presentation was lovely. Very good taste and temperature. Our server Tiffany went above and beyond with her personality and patience. Overall a most enjoyable evening

Everything was fabulous! We loved the food and our server Erica was amazing. Very attentive and made great suggestions. Highly recommend. They have a price fix menu for $49 pp that was wonderful and had nice options. All around a great experience!

We had a phenomenal dinner at Oak & Ember a year or so ago, and been back twice to try to duplicate it. The setting outside by a pool of water with multiple rock waterfalls is sensational. Unfortunately, we've had the same waitress both times since, and she's really detracted from our enjoyment. Perhaps because she's guaranteed a 16% tip (even for a party of two), she would only do the minimum necessary. We had to ask for the things that came gratis with the first meal (a lovely bread basket, a glass of champagne because it was a birthday, etc.) The worst was when it started to get buggy and we indicated we'd like to move inside, she looked right at us, ignored our request, and then brought us our dessert and, quickly, our check. Message received; we won't be back.

We went to Oak and Ember for our anniversary and the first item to come to the table was our cocktails which contained moldy fruit. We sat outside and had many flies to swat the entire meal. The appetizer seemed to have old tomatoes on it. Our entrees tasted great! The end of the meal cocktail also contained another serving of moldy fruit.. service was not great. There was only two tables filled outside but we waited awhile for our server at times. Then at the end of the meal we were changed $238 dollars which was a mistake and more than double our bill so we had to have that fixed. Would not got back…
