Very good food! My fiancée and I only go once a year because we can’t afford it too much, but it is always a treat! This year was a little weird. We only saw our original server like 5 times but the server that was helping him was with us all the other times so we were confused on that aspect. The ambience and the setting was amazing. Very low volume. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday. Table was decorated with birthday glitter and a birthday card. Though we were too full to eat dessert, hubby was given a chocolate tart to take home. Food, two steaks, one lambchop, one grouper, were excellent. All well prepared and tasty. Our server, Jasmine, was attentive and accommodating.

We had a great dinner the steaks were cooktop order and were delicious- no complaints. Also, we were supposed to sit outside and the hostess called us before we got there and asked if we wanted to sit inside. Great customer service!

Robert provided us with 5 star service and the wagyu filet has ruined all other steak for me forever. I cannot recommend this location highly enough for special occasions, truly worth the splurge.

I had high expectations for this steakhouse, especially since I was celebrating my anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown from start to finish. First, it took 30 minutes just to be seated despite having a reservation. I understand it was a busy night, but the restaurant was clearly overbooked and understaffed. Once we were finally seated, I expected at least a decent meal, but all three of my side dishes were cold and poorly prepared. The asparagus was mushy and overcooked, the potatoes had absolutely no flavor, and the macaroni and cheese was just bland and uninspired. For a restaurant that charges premium prices, I expected much better quality. To make matters worse, I had hoped for a nice anniversary setup like I previously experienced at Kyle G’s Prime Seafood & Steaks , but there was no special touch whatsoever. Spending over $300 for this kind of service and food was beyond disappointing. I really wanted to enjoy this meal, but unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for any special occasion.

Over booked reservations so waited 30 min for table, food was avg but over priced. Added 15% gratuity and never mentioned it.

It was Valentine’s Day so the half hour wait was expected, that wasn’t a problem. The service was excellent, but I ordered a 6 ounce fillet, medium rare. The portion looked like it was the maximum 4 ounces. I left the table as hungry as when I started there. The food was very good and the steak cooked of perfection. I ordered a side of fries for $10 which they took off because I complained about the size of the portion. It’s not the first time I’ve been there and I always order the 6 ounce steak, which is usually enough but for $60 to get an undersized cut. I don’t know if I’d go back

We come here often and it never disappoints. The beef here is superb as they cook their steaks to perfection. The service is always very good.

We love Oak and Ember on Becker Rd. Food, service and ambiance are all wonderful. It is expensive but worth it!. We always get the Tomahawk ribeye and last night it was the best ever!!! If you haven't been there give it a try. You won't be disappointed!!
