Oak+Elixir is a popular full service restaurant and craft cocktail bar located in Carlsbad CA, known for its inviting atmosphere and contemporary dining experience. The restaurant offers a varied menu that includes seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients, featuring dishes like our boneless beef short rib with a port wine reduction sauce served over a garlic mashed potato, and our famous Cheese and Charcuterie Board. Customers rave about our extensive wine list from small production family estate wineries from all over the world. Our craft cocktails have fresh juices made daily and ingredients chosen with internationality. The fun atmosphere makes it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions. The ambiance is often described as cozy, and stylish. Come sip and paint with us! You can save a spot by making a reservation through open table. Guests will need to also sign up directly through our artist Susie's website to pay for the paint class. Painting classes are from 6-9pm and classes are $35 per person, this is includes canvas, tools, and paint. Food and beverage not included in class price. We had a fabulous evening celebrating our anniversary at Oak & Elixir. We arrived and there was a sweet card wishing us a happy anniversary. They gave us a nice, quiet table in the back so it was easy for us to talk and reminisce. It was hard to decide on a cocktail because they all looked so good, but we settled on the espresso martini and a watermelon drink that was so refreshing. Both were outstanding! We started with the mac and cheese, which was delicious, and the peach and burrata crostini. Thoroughly enjoyed both! The mac and cheese had a kick to it, but I loved it, and I don't typically like spicy things. After that, we shared the ravioli sampler and the Brussel sprouts. The ravioli in the sage cream sauce was so delicious! We were so full, we weren't planning on dessert, but we were tempted with the peach cobbler. It was perfection. All in all, it was a great night and the service and food were fantastic!

We arrived early for our reservations, but they seated us immediately. It was a birthday celebration, & there was a birthday card on table. The service was great, the food was delicious, & they provided a birthday dessert. It was the perfect location for the celebration.

Very poor service. No one checked on us or even asked if we wanted entrees. We left after appetizers to eat somewhere else.

Oak and Elixir is absolutely amazing. I am so happy I found this place. We came here for my brothers engagement dinner and it was absolutely perfect!! The staff were absolutely wonderful the food was delicious and they were so accommodating. Will definitely be coming back! 5 stars all around!!!!

Great flatbread - we tried an artichoke as well as a fig and prosciutto. I enjoyed the mango margarita as well - looks like they have a nice cocktail menu as well as a healthy wine list. We'll definitely be back!
