Our first winemaker dinner of 2025 has arrived! This Thursday, April 3rd, please join us in welcoming Director of Winemaking Jeff Brinkman of Rhys & Centennial Mountain Vineyards as we showcase 7 distinct wines and 7 distinct terroirs in California's Santa Cruz Mountains, Sonoma County, and Mendocino County. For over twenty years, Rhys Vineyards has rightfully carved out its place among California's blue chip wineries, producing single-vineyard Pinot Noirs & Chardonnays of place and finesse. Their sister winery - Centennial Mountain Vineyards - is the state's first winery to produce the signature varietals of Sicily, like Carricante and Nerello Mascalese. Chef German is thrilled to serve five distinct Cal-Sicilian courses to pair with these spectacular wines, paying respect to the wineries' connections to Sicily and Mediterranean cuisine.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely. This was our friends' first time and the food, atmosphere and service were everything we told them about. I'm sure they, as well as us, will be back.

Everyone at O’Sea is so welcoming and friendly. The food is amazing. One of our favorite places. Mike, Sarah and Elise were wonderful!

I have been to Osea many times but today was the worst ever. The serving was so slow and my server was not around when we needed her. The food was not good at all especially cioppino was very dissapointing. Overall, everything was not so good when we chose Osea to celebrate my son’s birthday.

First time and it won't be the last. Loved the vibe, nicely decorated, light and comfy. The entire staff was on it and friendly too. Great wine list, loved the music. Finally, the food was very good. They did everything right. Returning soon!

This was my second dinner here. I really appreciate a restaurant that takes excellent care of solo diners (such as myself). They remembered me and welcomed me warmly. I also appreciate a restaurant menu that's well suited to all levels of appetite. Feeling less hungry this time, I opted for a cup of chowder (lovely) and a green goddess side salad. Happy surprise: you can order any of their salads as a side salad. Equally appreciated: interesting and reasonably priced wine by the glass. The service is friendly, thoughtful and adept. I wish I lived closer!

I chose the O Sea Burrito with sea bass and paired it with a glass of orange wine. Both were delicious. The service was excellent.

O Sea participated in OC restaurant week and I needed to try it! Located in the Orange circle, gets a little busy in that area- but the food was very high end with many delicious options. Loved the lobster roll!! Very modern dining
