O-Ku's menu provides a fresh and innovative take on traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine. Located in the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville, the restaurant offers rare and unique dining options with traditional sashimi and specialty rolls. It highlights seafood from the finest fish markets in Tokyo and Hawaii alongside local and seasonal ingredients.
Reminiscent of traditional Japanese culture, O-Ku's menu comprises signature starters, contemporary Japanese entrees, and seasonal traditional sushi that reflect the uniquely designed space.
Additionally, O-Ku offers a six-course chef-curated Omakase available Sunday-Thursday by reservation 48 hours in advance.

I had previously dined at O-Ku in Charleston and loved the experience, so trying it again in Nashville was an easy choice. It did not disappoint. The rock shrimp was spectacular, and the rolls — Eel of Fortune, Nashvegas, and Shogun — were all incredibly delicious. To finish, the chocolate cake was pure perfection. The service was outstanding, with excellent recommendations.

O-Ku was great. They had a gas leak and had to move people people out before we finished. They handled it like pros, though, and we will be back.

Food quality was great for what I’ve come to expect from an expensive night out. Creative dishes along with high quality service. I would recommend O-Ku to friends.

The managers and servers were very nice and helpful guiding us with our choices. The food and sake menus were extensive and delicious. Beautiful restaurant with a great vibe. They went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration special. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Terrific experience again. Ordering a couple small plates to share first and then preferred rolls and nigiri/sashimi each. Don’t be timid about sampling 4 oz sake offerings, as the flavor descriptions are on point.

As good as sushi has been in Nashville so far, but their other meats and dishes were better than the fish itself. The service started off overly attentive, but as the night went on just disappeared entirely. They did not have enough of a few of their popular menu items and ran out. Overall still a good meal with good options and kind staff.
