My family and I had wonderful evening celebrating my birthday at O-Ku. The food and service was amazing! There was a delay in getting seated and service was a little slow at times, But the staff more than compensated for that by their professionalism and being super warm and friendly. They even comped a few of our drinks for the delay in getting seated. Extra kudos to our server, Sierra!! She delivered outstanding service and made us feel welcome and taken care of. Greenville has needed a more upscale sushi option with excellent food and drinks and O-Ku delivers. Note one possible con for some is the noise level. It is very loud and it was difficult to hear what others were saying at the table.

Overall food is great! Atmosphere is top notch- we did have to wait almost 20 minutes before we got greeted by our waitress. We are unsure if it was because we came to our reservation early. We did not complain but it was fairly annoying

Our sashimi and sushi rolls were fresh and delicious. Loved the sashimi that was charred, which had a great smoky flavor. Our server Noah was very knowledgeable about items on the menu and even provided my GF husband with a gluten-free menu and gluten-free soy sauce. Only complaints were the too-loud music and overly cold AC setting.

Second time we have been here. Brought family who are visiting. Food was amazing again, so fresh and flavorful! Service was fantastic and appreciated their recommendations. Very knowledgeable about the menu.

The food is incredible as was the service. However they play the music really loud so it’s hard to talk and makes it feel more like a club than a restaurant!

The food here is just okay. Why a restaurant at this price point has kani krab on the menu and in its rolls is beyond me. I found that very disappointing. The sushi rice needs improvement as well. This is a beautiful restaurant and our server Presley was wonderful.
