Located on the 5th floor of ONE65 San Francisco, O' is Chef Claude Le Tohic's inaugural solo venture after earning Meilleur Ouvrier de France, winning the James Beard Award for Best Chef in America and carrying the coveted 3-Michelin star rating at Joël Robuchon Las Vegas. Luxurious but not pretentious, O’ offers modern French cuisine with elegant and attentive service.

O' offers a 5-course Tasting Menu for $210, and a 9-course Grand Tasting Menu for $295. Optional wine pairings are available, along with a wine list of 1000+ selections from the USA and France.

Please note that 20% service charge (which includes gratuity) and 1% San Francisco Health Mandate is added onto every check.

Though dinner attire is always encouraged, we ask our guests to abide by "smart casual" dress code; no shorts, t-shirts, or sandals.

    This was our second time coming to O' by Claude le Tohic a couple of days ago and it won't be our last. As with our previous visit the experience from start to finish was terrific. I had the 9 course option and and my wife the 5 course and both were superbly put together and delivered with extraordinary service. Rather than go into all the food, which is covered by other reviews, we wanted to celebrate the incredible people who make it happen. From the moment we walked in, Kevin at the front door was welcoming. Marc the Maitre d'Hotel was hugely accommodating and was kind enough to take us on a tour after dinner of the various kitchens that make up the several businesses Chef Claude has there. It was stunning to see. We were professionally assisted by Jasmine, Venron, Joaquin and Jeremy with the wines. They were always there when you needed something as one might expect from a Michelin starred restaurant but one does not always get, or gets too much. Chef Claude who comes out of the kitchen to greet his guests is a very engaging guy. I do agree that the wines on the list are very expensive but there is ample choice and reasonably priced options by the glass. We eat at many Michelin starred restaurants as we travel extensively and O' by Claude le Tohic is as good as any of them and better than most. We will be back.

    Celebrated our anniversary at O - and we enjoyed every moment of it. From personalized menus, to the attention of the staff and quality of the food. We had a 9 course meal and it took us from 7 pm to 10.30 pm to go through all of the portions. The portions are small l but by the end we were full - even though I skipped a lunch before coming there. The restaurant gave us a small cake at the end of the meal to mark the special occasion but we had to get it to go as we were full.

    We had such a great experience here. Food was spectacular and the service equally 5 star. It was for our 25th anniversary celebration and we're so glad we chose this restaurant to celebrate with us. It was our best meal out to date. Thank you to all at O' by Claude Le Tohic for a great night - we will be back.

    I booked a reservation to celebrate a birthday. Even before my reservation, I was pleasantly surprised that Marc reached out by email to provide information and ask about my preference for the 5-course and 9-course tasting menu and two optional wine pairings. He also offered to personalize our menu with the celebrant’s name. I ultimately chose to have the 5-course tasting menu with the standard wine pairing and cheese cart. Do not let the lesser number of courses fool you. Between the wonderful bread tray, cheeses, and desserts, my partner and I were more than satisfied. On arrival, we found that the first floor was a bakery, so we were a little confused, but helpful staff assisted us with confirming our reservation. She informed us that the restaurant is located on the fifth floor, and since we arrived a little early, she offered to take us to the cocktail bar on the fourth floor to wait. We each ordered a drink, and when it was time, Marc met with us to take our drinks and escort us upstairs to the restaurant. From the beginning, the service was impeccable. Marc and the team truly made a special day memorable! Of course, let me not forget that each course was top notch and complemented by the excellent wine pairing! It was our first time experiencing O’ and certainly won’t be our last. We look forward to visiting again.

    I want to rate 10 out of 5, it is just way more than fantastic and amazing! Superb service and care. Can’t use any words describe the surprise of the tasty menu. Very nice dining experience. I will definitely come back!!!

    this is our fourth or fifth time going to this restaurant which we always do for our anniversary and it is just so amazing and special. I’ve never been to a restaurant San Francisco that has as good as service as this one, and I’ve been to many many top restaurants. the food is over the top and the presentation is amazing. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

    I had the pleasure of dining at O’ by Claude recently, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The perfect blend of French elegance and a Californian twist really sets this place apart, but what made it truly special was the service from Fadhelah and Robert. Fadhelah, our front server, was fantastic. She knew the menu inside and out, and her recommendations were spot-on. The caviar was a luxurious start, and the Wagyu? Simply melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Her professionalism and warmth made the evening feel effortless and elevated—exactly what you’d expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Then there was Robert, our back server, who was an absolute shining star. His enthusiasm for what he does is infectious, and you can tell he takes real pride in delivering a top-notch experience. It’s not hard to see why O’ by Claude earned its Michelin status—every detail was perfect, and Robert’s energy added an extra spark to the evening. The ambiance in the Fire Room was just the icing on the cake. The warm glow of the flames, combined with incredible food and flawless service, made the whole experience feel like something truly special. And honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if the “O” in O’ by Claude stood for “Ovation,” because this restaurant definitely deserves one. All in all, O’ by Claude is a Michelin-worthy gem, and with a team like Fadhelah and Robert, the service matches the incredible food. I’ll definitely be back for another unforgettable night!
