A local bistro inspired by the love of New York and London neighbourhoods, set within an upscale and laid-back design having a healthy bias toward sustainable and natural wines.

You will find comfort food recipes from Amelia's experiences in New York and London offering a menu of highly desirable grass-fed, aged prime cuts, grilled shrimp & kale caesar salad, a trio of oysters and many more.

Our concept is all about those meaningful moments and food stories told around the table as we celebrate the charm and local traditions rich with the heritage and influences of these two great cities.

New Head Chef Giuseppe Federico introduces new bistro lunch menu, featuring classic transatlantic dishes including Black Angus Beef Burger, NYnLON Hotdog, Moving Mountains Vegan Burger, Hot Smoked Salmon Bagel any more, just for £16.5. Enrich the lunch experience by adding on a slice of NYnLON's signature cakes from the Cakes Trolley, such as Baked New York Cheesecake or Red Velvet Cake. Available Monday - Friday, 12 PM - 4 PM.

Wind down after work and start your weekend in style. Enjoy the finest Colchester or Maldon Oysters for just £2.50 per piece. Top up with a refreshing glass of Nyetimber sparkling wine for £8, only for this time. Available every Thursday & Friday, 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM, starting 10 October 2024.

Celebrate the festive season at NYnLON with a culinary experience that blends tradition with a modern twist. Start your meal with options like Beetroot Soup with root vegetable crisps or Confit Duck Terrine on brioche with apple and raisin chutney. For mains, savor the rich flavors of Beef Cheek with truffle mash or indulge in the festive Turkey Ballotine wrapped in bacon with cranberry jus. Our Roasted Pumpkin and Saffron Risotto with shaved macadamia nuts is a must-try. Finish on a sweet note with our Chestnut Sphere or classic Panettone Pudding. Complete your meal with tea, coffee, and mince pies—a perfect holiday treat! Available 12 PM – 10 PM, Monday – Friday, 1 December 2024 – 3 January 2025.

Booked in advance but left waiting at the door for 5 minutes.One member of staff serving cocktails and no one else in sight so walked out.Reported experience to hotel reception who said manager would call.Still waiting for the call 5 days later.

There were three of us who took advantage of the lovely Manhattan Special - steak and chips plus glass of Merlot. Great value, so well cooked and quite substantial enough for a lunch. The staff were wonderful and so attentive. It was a really good time and would recommend to others.

Four of us enjoyed a very pleasant get together over lunch at NTnLON. We all enjoyed the the food and wine and the service was both friendly and efficient.

We had a fabulous, fun, amazing lunch here. David, the manager, and his team looked after us well, and the food was yummy. Nice big room, but one that feels cozy whilst being bright. Do NOT let the fact it's in a Hyatt stop you from going, you don't even go anywhere near check-in haha. Highly recommend it.
