Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-8 courses and range from $230-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. If dietary restrictions are presented without notice, we will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate them but can make no guarantees.

Expensive, but will not have a finer or more memorable meal. Personal contact with chef through out the meal. Eat finest products available from Beluga caviar to gold to rarest of wagyu beef.

Had a wonderful experience here with a large group. Every dish was delicious and beautiful. Service was top notch h. Will make sure to visit again next time in the island. Such a special treat.

Always the best dining experience not only in Maui but quite possibly in the entire US. Incredible dishes, wine pairings, and an amazing host and hostess. A must for anyone visiting the island.

Someone once told me that it’s better to have experiences and things in life and Nylos is a unique and very enjoyable dining experience it is intimate with a kitchen that’s transparent and a husband and wife team making your visit to their business as good as possible. The multicourse dinner has many unique flavors and as visually pleasing to be appealing and have a great impact, they use some modern tricks like serving CO2 infused grapes and smoke injected into the entrée plates, but I think it’s just excellent prep work and plating that the chef does the attentive if his front of the house partner that transforms the experience. It was my Partners’s birthday and she truly loved it. She had the wine service and she enjoyed it. If you’re a wine person, this is a good place to go. Its Pricey, so understand what you’re getting into before you go, but they are making every effort to make it a good value.

Hands down the best food/tasting experience on Maui. Celebrated my husband’s birthday and it did not disappoint. Come hungry and be ready for the best food and wine pairing EVER! So wonderful.

This was the third time my wife and I have dined at Nylos. Each time we have been left more and more impressed. The atmosphere after their recent renovations is stunning. The music was fantastic. The service and presentation is world class and most importantly the food was incredible. The flavors and creativity of the dishes is amazing. And as always Jeremy and Paulina were kind, gracious, genuine and humble. We always look forward to visiting them again in the future.

Unique experience (at least for Maui). One dinner service starts at 6:30 and takes about 3 hours. Everyone is served the same food and you are presented with a description so no ordering, although I think the Chef is willing to make simple modifications (specifically leaving out ingredients for picky eaters). Intimate venue and the owners/staff are clearly passionate about what they're doing.

My wife and I celebrated our 4-year anniversary at Nylos, and it was hands down the best meal we’ve ever had. The six-course dinner was flawless. The ambiance was perfect, and the service was top-notch. Nylos made our anniversary truly special, and we can’t wait to go back.
