First time visit because of a birthday voucher but I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the quality of the food, From our initial arrival to the time we left, we felt like valued customers and the staff were polite and attentive. Our food was clearly freshly prepared to order and it was so beautifully presented that I took a photo of every course that I ordered . I marvelled at the tiny apples that were no bigger than a large cherry! Would definitely recommend for a special occasion.

Evening meal with an old friend. We have been here before. Busy bar but quiet restaurant. Food very good. Service likewise.

The finest of food . It ticked very box for us and we virtually had the place to ourselves. Saturday lunchtime just after we tied the knot, just perfect.

Lovely experience. Food was very good as well as the service. Plenty of choice and lovey surroundings. Even ended with a lovely little touch for our celebration.

Lovely food and great service, particularly from Hannah who served us our drinks and desserts at the end of our meal - she was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful restaurant and grounds and a lovely setting for Mother’s Day - a very enjoyable experience! The singer and pianist was absolutely amazing too but it was a shame that we couldn’t hear her too well as the noise of people talking in the restaurant was loud as it was busy. My only criticism is that the roast potatoes were a little too crispy. It was a great day and I look forward to visiting Nuthurst Grange again soon!

We were celebrating my son’s end of chemo treatment and ringing the hospital bell. It was a special day! Nuthurst Grange were so accommodating and the reception and waiting staff really made an effort to welcome him. The chef surprised us with a beautiful celebration dessert platter which topped my son’s day having chocolate treats! Thank you for a wonderful memory!

A buy day for Nuthurst as they had a wedding fayre....which we did not realise when we booked. However, the staff seated those of us who had come for a quiet Sunday lunch in a side room, discretely positioned , but not 'out of the way'. It was so lovely to see the excited couples planning their weddings whilst we tucked into sumptuous food , beautifully cooked and presented. Hubby commentated on his delicious pork, with not too thick crackling- my lamb was succulent and plentiful. Perfect puds to follow and the petite fours were served on a slate with Happy Birthday written on, a lovely acknowledgement without the embarrassing fuss . A perfect balance. We have booked for Easter Sunday Lunch.

A warm welcome, cosy lounge and lovely dining room. The service was excellent, with just the right amount of friendliness, contact and helpfulness. The food was well presented and delicious with plenty of choice. A very relaxing evening.
