Sehr nette Bedienung, super essen das Fleisch war Qualitativ hochwertig. Sehr zuvorkommende Bedieung. Im Ganzen ein gelungener Abend. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Service was poor. We celebrated our anniversary and alerted the restaurant but there was not a single mention of our celebration.. We waited 15 minutes for our server to take our drink order.. I ordered the Golden Tomahawk and the server who presented the steak appeared lost doing so and kept looking around for guidance. I dont know if it was their first time or what, but it was awkward.

I recently visited Nusret Steakhouse to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and while the food quality met expectations, the service left a lot to be desired. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere was luxurious, but our waiter’s pushy attitude detracted from the experience. From the moment we sat down, the waiter kept trying to upsell the most expensive items on the menu, making the evening feel more like a sales pitch than a celebration. The biggest disappointment came at the end of the meal when the waiter brought out a piece of baklava with a candle on it for my wife’s birthday. At first, I thought it was a thoughtful gesture to mark the occasion. However, I was surprised to see it added to the bill without any prior discussion or consent. I hadn’t ordered it, and there was no mention that it would be charged. For a restaurant with Nusret’s reputation and price point, I expect transparency and better service. While the food was excellent, the high-pressure sales tactics and surprise charge for the baklava overshadowed what should have been a special and memorable celebration.

I was excited to dine here, but unfortunately, it was a big letdown. 1.We were seated upstairs, in a cramped corner right next to the dish-clearing section. Our chairs were constantly bumped by passing staff. 2.We ordered the tomahawk steak and lamb chops but were never asked how we wanted them cooked. The waiter assumed we wanted them well done, which was disappointing. 3.I wanted to capture the signature salt-sprinkling moment on video, but the waiter rushed through it, giving us no time to film. 4.The baked potato was bland and served cold; the butter wouldn’t even melt. 5.The food was mediocre at best, but the poor service really ruined the experience. Save your money and opt for a local restaurant instead. This place isn’t worth the hype.

The restaurant area is simple with nice music! The food is not as tasty as I would like it to be. The waiters are helpful and kind!

Outstandig food The only thing that we did not like it, was the online menu with QR code scan on the table, my opinion is that restauramt like this deserves old fashin elegant paper menu

Going to both Nusr et in Istanbul & in London, the ambience is different here. Everyone is very hospitable from the moment you walk into the door. Smiley staff, also introducing themselves to you when seated in case you need anything. The food was incredible and much better. The value for money is also miles better than London. I will be back!
