They Dont Bother To You At All All Are Busy On Big Table Or They Gonna Treat You Like You Are In McD I Had Booked For My Birthday But There Was No Special Thing The Table Was Near Were Keeping The Waste Plate And Food And If Your Going To Have The Three Course Lunch Set They Gonna Ignore You Dissappointed A Lot

No sauces for the steaks, advertised juices as fresh but they were not, stale corn ribs, the quality is not there for the price

Menu is designed for large groups and sharing. Few options for single or couple dining. I believe they are known for their steak entrees, but as I was dining by myself they had few steak options for single party. I had halibut. It was bland, but I guess understandable given that fish is probably not their forte. Appetizers were good…I got two because I suspected the halibut may not be very good. Calamari was very good. Also, tempura roll appetizer was excellent. I think this is probably a good restaurant for large groups (let’s say, four or more). Dining alone or with just 1 or two guests, I would pass. The menu is just not that friendly for small parties.

Food was great; so filling. Service was even better than the food. Carlos took good care of us. Will definitely be returning

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.I have been here a year ago and it was really good. However since then everything has drastically changed. The food was horrible and nothing like the last time ( I got the same thing). The quality of food had gone down significantly and I would much rather have had a quarter pounder. The baklava was disgusting, the salad was disgusting ( I don’t know how they could’ve messed up a salad). The whole vibes had changed and they made the restaurant look tacky, the tables have some cheap cheese cloth covering them and overall the look of the restaurant has become very tacky in the space of year. The staff were moody and hostile. I would NEVER go again. Due to this experience of course we refused to pay service charge. The audacity of them to add it to the bill when the entire look, feel and food were cheaply done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

My son ordered a cocktail but didn’t like it. Instead of replacing it. They left it at the table and charged us even though he only took a small sip. When the bill came we questioned this and the waiter said the manager said he would not remove it. We then asked to speak to the manager who did not bother to come and see us so we left after waiting 10mins. The waiter was great but the management was awful
