It’s the second time I come to this same restaurant. Last time was 2 years ago. This time the food was fair, the starters and the steaks were tasteless, only the fry onion was good. The service was very very good but the environment was bad since people were doing a lot of noise. Next to us was one guy watching videoclips in YouTube full volume, extremely un polite. At the and dinner for 4 people with one bootle of wine was way too expensive in comparison with the quality!

Siamo stati qui per una cena io e mio marito, il locale è molto bello, il cibo buono ma il servizio davvero pessimo, i camerieri sono molto scortesi e non molto professionali, inoltre siamo stati tutta la sera con i cappotti perché faceva un freddo assurdo! Sembrava di cenare sulla strada!! Non consiglio

The food and overall experience were very enjoyable, with attentive service and a lovely atmosphere. However, the wine prices were extremely high, which felt disproportionate to the rest of the offering. More reasonable pricing on the wines would greatly enhance the experience.

We booked this as a birthday dinner. The food was fine but there are two areas in the restaurant - one with a nice atmosphere that looks like Nusret with nice music and design, the other that looks like a standard diner with red floors and white tables - they sat us in the emptier red diner area. There was a lack of any sort of atmosphere, it felt like we were in a standard restaurant and not Nusret. Instead of helping us they argued that at the time we entered (1930) there were no seats in the area with a nice atmosphere and that these are given on a first come / first served basis. The notion that it was full is complete nonsense since we saw people entering and being seated there and it’s concerning that rather than attempt to solve problems they make up false excuses. On account of the awful experience with the management there (three unhelpful men, one called Ibrahim) we definitely wouldn’t visit again nor recommend it to anyone - there are many other Nusrets in Istanbul which you would be better off visiting

There are two halls in the restaurant so you should clarify in which hall we prefer to seat because the one is too touristic and the level wasn’t so high the other has better atmosphere for us .
