NUMŌH is the inverse name of "Homún" (our first restaurant name) which comes from combining "Ho", for home, and "mún", for common. A composition that reflects the philosophy of the place as a common space where everyone meets to enjoy delicious food, delicious drinks and a relaxed atmosphere that will make you live an exceptional dining experience.
Chef Mario Borja seeks through his "free cuisine" to express a culinary format that is based on the simple fact of cooking what we like to eat, without pretension, respecting the balance of flavors, the good execution of the technique and the fresh seasonal product.
The menu is composed of options with local seafood such as the Meunière catch of the day a, grilled prawns, tuna ceviche to fine cuts such as the NY and a wide variety of appetizers that will complement the table and the snack accompanying your favorite wine or cocktail. .

Wonderful service. Amazing food. The noise level from the music up top in bar made it very hard to talk to the people at our very small table.

Cute restaurant in the Versailles neighborhood. Food was beautifully plated. The hummus appetizer with vegetables was delicious. The Asian beef ribs were tasty with a barbecue sauce and very tender. My husband had the burrata pizza which was good but not remarkable. We sat in the Salon which was adjacent to the open kitchen. When meat was being cooked, you could smell the rising smoke from the cooking process. It was irritating to the eyes and throat. There are other locations to sit, such as the open air terrace or up a big flight of stairs which in hindsight would have been a better choice. Prices were moderate to expensive. The bill for one appetizer, one glass of wine, two cocktails, one entree, one pizza and tip was $80 USD.

We had a very good dining experience at Numoh. A lovely, relaxing time on the patio with great food and wine and very attentive service.

10/10 would recommend for those who want local yet not traditional, elevated food for a great price. Service and ambiance were perfect. Food was delicious including: grilled lettuce wedge salad, fries, American bbq ribs, huitlacoche with babaganoush. Signature cocktails were great if a little sweet. Wine was good by the glass but not as special as the food.

Always a lovely experience. The food, service and ambiance set a high standard for Vallarta dining. The grilled romaine wedge was excellent as were our mains. Steak, catch of the day and shrimp dishes were all beautifully prepared. Nice wine list as well.

We went twice to this restaurant in a week - we loved it. Stylish setting in a quiet part of town. Perfect for those wanting to avoid the mania of Zona Romântica. Very very good food. The spicy chicken burger was astounding as was the green risotto. Cerviche as well!
