We were told there were no tables inside and had to book a table on patio. The restaurant was half empty the whole time we were sitting outside with over half the inside tables empty. Got a short stint sitting next to some folks who were already on there way to intoxication that were being too loud, but they left within ten minutes of us getting seated. The service was great, but food was absolutely nothing special, had better steaks at Salt Grass and Outback for half the price. The quail my wife ordered were so salty we couldn’t eat them. Best of all…. Within an hour of leaving, we were both in the restroom sick at our stomachs. $200 gift certificate didn’t cover the cost of the meal for us both, but luckily, no reason to go back either. Maybe they had a bad night, but it was definitely a fail for us.

We had the worst dining experience at this establishment on Sunday. Not only is it extremely overpriced but the service is awful. We ordered the A5 Wagyu medium rare and it came medium and poorly seasoned. They offered to remake the item but we had waited so long to eat that my husband said he would just eat it. My 6oz filet mignon was over cooked as well and had a chewy texture. We ordered a burrata and tomato salad for appetizer and not only did it not come with the appetizers, I had to request it because they had forgotten about it. The server was not very attentive and did not take our lunch order until well after we finished the appetizers. Also, we had to request to put in our order because she forgot to ask if we were ready to order lunch. Then she offered us dessert and we said no thank you as we were extremely frustrated and her response to us was “well the damage is done.” When the bill came, they had only comped us $20 for an overcooked $85 steak. Overall it was not the experience I was looking to have with my family especially paying over $100 per person. Would not recommend and will not be back.

We made a reservation for Labor Day Sunday and requested a quiet area because my boyfriend is hard of hearing. Although there were several available tables along the window, we were seated at a two seat table between a four top and six top table, backed to the bar. The atmosphere was business casual and we were dressed appropriately. Our negative experience started with the hostess, who was dismissive and made little to no eye contact while continuing her other duties before seating us. The environment in the restaurant had an unwelcoming glow. Music played but all we were able to make out was the bass, which added to the tunneled noise level. It overwhelmed my voice as I tried to carry a conversation with my boyfriend seated across me. The bass and conversations polluted the environment constantly. The only win was G-a-r-r-e-t-t our waiter; he was seasoned, articulate and professional. We enjoyed water and cold popovers that tasted stale, as we awaited his return. Decidedly feeling uncomfortable and unwelcomed, we opted to leave and have date night at home. However, we had to opted to try the food, so we ordered two Ribeyes, the Mac and cheese and duck fat potatoes. We were starving and only 9 minutes from home. So how was the $220 dinner? Cold flavorless steak, that we were forced to season ourselves, although cooked perfectly—maybe they ran out of salt? Mac and cheese was good and the only saving grace of dinner. The duck fat potatoes were French fried drenched in liquid fat. We didn’t finish anything, including two additional popovers. In my experience, there is an expectation with cost vs quality, and at their prices, this place was a total bust on every level—minus G-a-r-r-e-t-t who handled our request for food to-go, with ease and in a timely manner. We won’t be back.

Not an optimal indoor dining experience with several flies around our table. Steak was flavorless, cheesecake was ok but a plain NY cheesecake would have been better. Bread was overcooked. Had 5 birthdays to celebrate and no one said anything about them or offered a dessert. Very disappointed after spending over $500 for a dinner. Won’t return.

Steak was cooked to perfection. Waiter was awesome. Great view of the water. It was a nice evening.
