Upon entering this beautifully designed restaurant, we were greeted very warmly and treated like we were special from beginning to end. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. The atmosphere was fun but quiet enough that we could carry on a conversation without raising voices. My out of town guest was very impressed which contributed to a memorable evening. Glad I’m local. I’ll be back.

We had an excellent experience at NUE. Our cocktails were nicely balanced, the Pho Old Fashioned in particular was a really great way to start our meal. Definitely recommend. The appetizers, hamachi crudo and seafood cha gaiò, were light and delicious. Huge thank you to our server, Madelyn, and the manager, Ashley. Service was attentive and helpful and really made our night special.

The food was very good but the service could be improved. Our server struggled with keeping the order straight. On a very positive note, the owner did an extraordinary job of making things right. All-in-all the experience ended up being good.

This is my second time and Nue is quickly becoming a new favorite of mine. The flavors of all of the dishes are incredible. The service is authentic and considerate. The decor is gorgeous. Really it's just a fantastic dining experience

Fabulous date night. This was our first time to Nue - it had been on our bucket list. We sat outside on a lovely evening. The service was impeccable. We had Cha Gio (chicken and shrimp spring rolls), Grilled Octopus, and chili oil wontons. all three were paced well, served hot, and delicious. We shared a medium whole crispy fish, the best we have had anywhere. The backbone was removed resulting in no bones. The cocktails were amazing. All in all a wonderful evening.
